Hello Stamatina, when one is not happy with their smile plan, our dental team can be contacted to see if revisions are possible. Club members should not be ignored in regard to any issue or concern as that is unacceptable to our standards with our support team. To further assist, please give us a call at 800-689-0053. When this does not happen, it is concerning to hear and not what we are about as thorough communication is a priority. Additional assistance is available by giving us a call at 800-689-0053. The aligners moved my teeth but now my bite is driving me crazy. I realize now why it is important to have this process watched by an orthodontist

Reply from SmileDirectClub

Hi Wade, all club members are assigned to a doctor that is board certified in the state that they reside in. Each case is monitored closely throughout their journey to ensure everything is flowing smoothly. We deeply care about one's oral health and their alignment concerns they desire to have fixed. Please give us a call at 800-689-0053 for additional assistance. Best, Valerie
