We are sorry to hear your Byte experience has been anything less than amazing. We would be happy to provide a little clarification regarding our processes. During your treatment, you have our Aligner Guarantee, which provides you with additional treatment free of charge to get you to those projected results. It is important to us to get you your dream smile! However, if instructions are not followed properly, such as throwing away aligners, not using the aligners as instructed, etc., this guarantee may become voided and additional fees may be necessary to continue treatment. We would be happy to look further into your situation to provide support or connect you with our team if you haven't been connected already. Feel free to reach out to us via Facebook DM, support@byteme.com, or give us a call at 877-298-3669.

Reply from byte

Hi Matt- thank you for providing this feedback. Our team is always looking to improve every customers' experience so we welcome any and all feedback. We would be happy to clarify our processes for you. When a customer is approved for Byte treatment after our team reviews their impressions, they are provided a 3D model that details the shifting we plan to do with the aligner treatment. They are also paired with a personal advisor to review this plan and ask any questions they may have. This 3D model details how smiles will change week over week and can show both the upper and lower arch independently. At this point, customers are able to request changes to the treatment plan provided by our team. If you have any questions about our treatment planning or treatment process, do not hesitate to reach out, we are always here to help!
