I love the ease of the aligners but the website is confusing and there is a lack of follow up on the treatment.

We appreciate any feedback that can help improve every customer's experience. Our team is working on improving our website and making it more user-friendly for those already in treatment. You will begin to see those updates on the patient portal, so we ask that you check in regularly to see those updates! We want to make sure that our customers are getting the support they need throughout treatment. Our team sends out check-in emails about every two weeks. Sometimes they do end up in the junk folder. If a customer is not receiving those emails, we ask that they give us a call at 877-298-3669 or send us an email at support@byteme.com so our team can look into this ASAP. We are standing by for support!

They do not care about the safety or satisfaction of their customers. I experienced pain & scarring with there aligners and was told more or less to 'suck it up.'

Thank you for your feedback. We can understand your frustration. When we receive a customer's impressions back, our dental team will create a custom treatment plan based on the information they have. Every person's anatomy is different, and sometimes teeth are a bit more stubborn than we anticipated. In order to account for those more stubborn teeth, we may ask to wear the aligners longer or have to readjust our initial approach. We stand by the results we promised and will do what we can to get you there. We would be happy to address any concerns you have! You can give us a call at 877-298-3669 or email at support@byteme.com. We are standing by for support!
