Really great service. From the get go, I loved that I was able to talk to a real person and not a bot; so my questions (I had a ton) were always answered patiently and completely. My kit arrived majorly fast. Currently waiting on retainers, but they made it as easy and painless as possible. (Even while taking the molds)

I am only on trays 5 of 12 but already notice a difference not only in straightening my teeth, but whiter as well! My teeth actually looked pretty good but because I had stopped wearing a retainer there was some slight shifting that made me self conscious. Byte has been a good experience so far. The treatment plans are for your specifically so the speed of the results may take longer depending. Byte is great if you feel there is something off with the treatment plan, they will fix it.

The customer service they offer is absolutely PHENOMENAL from start to finish. The only worst I could think of is that it’s not covered under Tricare insurance, so I had to just pay out of pocket. But that’s more of an insurance issue if anything.

Overall I am very impressed by Byte. My retainers were a little late to arrive but the I began seeing results immediately. I am now on week 12 and my teeth are almost perfectly straight. Byte is sending me more retainers at no cost until I am happy with the results. It is amazing how fast the treatment is. Very happy with my new smile.
