I highly recommend Byte to everyone. It gets the job done, and is budget friendly. Instead of paying $4,000 for my teeth, I am only having to spend $1,800. I am very happy with the customer service. My Byte Advisor has been amazing, helping me everything I need and answering all of my questions. I can't wait to see the end project of my teeth!

So far so good! I am only on my second week and can already see a difference in my smile. The hyperbyte does a fantastic job easing any discomfort I may have. Customer service has been great, very responsive. Only complaint is they do not have assistance after working hours, however they respond immediately following day. Highly recommend!

My byte experience has been fantastic! I have received fast, friendly service right from the start. I have been using the system now for three weeks and am already seeing results. The hyperbyte makes the retainers fit nice and snug, and I am not feeling any pain with the retainers at all. I can't wait for the end result!

The company has excellent customer support. The only thing that I do not like (and it’s not a terrible thing) is the expense of the bright byte solution. I use mine regularly, and it is only week 7 of my journey. Other than that, I am so happy I chose Byte.

i don’t review things, but..... i LOVED byte!! the team i had was always one call away and they were so nice all the time! the aligners came just as they said, it is a 6-8 week wait after impressions but that’s to be expected! everything was clean and sealed :) they did hurt the first time i wore them but so did braces, it wasn’t nearly as bad though either way i recommend

I don’t have anything horrible to say, but I have not been 100% satisfied. I needed to get my aligners replaced about halfway into my treatment, which I did not know would take 4-6 weeks also. Also, since you have to stay on the current step until the new aligners come in, I ended up misplacing one of my aligners. I was told that there was nothing they could do to replace them until my refinements come in. In addition, I did not know that although I completed 7 weeks of my original 13 week treatment plan, when I received my refinement aligners they were for another 12 weeks. I was not aware of this beforehand. However, I do give them 3 stars for the price and the short treatment plan(assuming you would be able to finish straight through), hyperbyte which helps with uncomfortably, and the byte for life guarantee that has you covered. Overall, it would be nice to have more direction and better communication, as I received my updated aligners and I’m still not 100% satisfied with how my smile is coming along or the communication either via email or on their website of the process for getting refinement aligners.

When I’m on my last week of the treatment, I was not satisfied yet, so I email them about the concerns I have, they reply me right away and send me a free kit of impressions, then once they received the impressions they went ahead and process a new set of aligners for free. I’m super satisfied with Byte.

So far, the process has been pretty on the mark. From my prior research, BYTE has been very consistent. My advisors have been easily accessible. The impressions were easy (best bet is to have someone help with this lol). The hyperbyte helps with the pressure of new trays. Half a pump of whitener goes a long way. From the beginning, they gave you a clear plan and how long it would take to get the results you wanted. Myself, I didn't want to wear the aligners during the day so I was able to choose to wear them 10 hrs a night, doubling the time, but it was worth to me. My teeth look great, they closed my gaps.

So, far I'm at 5 weeks and I can see that 2 of my teeth have come together. However, I have larger gaps to fill and it will take me a while before I see the others come together. I think the hardest part for me is the chewing because my bite has changed. The other part is changing them out and feeling the pressure of the next tray. Other than that, it truly is an experience and can't wait for the final result.

I really love the fact that bites customer service is so respond thing and that they are so prompt with getting back to you about questions that however I do not like the fact that they offer discounts online but don’t make it clear that it only applies to certain programs in if you’re financing thing you do use discounts that are promoted . Such as the student discount and $100 off .

I've always wanted to get my teeth straightened but found it was very cost prohibitive until now. In fact, I purchased another kit for my wife as well! My main concern was the lower front tooth gap and sure enough this corrected it. It didn't take long either. Well worth it!

Things I liked the best, short-term process and easy to follow directions for treatment. Things I disliked, my lisp (I talk on phones all day) and the early stages of teeth shifting are uncomfortable (they warn ya). Overall extremely happy with the results!!! Straight teeth are happy teeth. Ha. Bonus, customer service is top notch!

Every interaction I've had with Byte has been straightforward, friendly, and so simple. Pricing is reasonable when you think about how quickly the treatment plan is, and that they will support you if you ever need braces again. I also love that they assign team members to support you through the process, too - it really personalizes. Haven't actually had my teeth re-straightened with them yet, but as of my experience so far, I've definitely been impressed.

Having these on for so many hours of the day is uncomfortable but I've gotten used to it. The pain is typically the worst the first few days and then it's just mild discomfort after that. I find that I am clenching my jaw more now too which I hope isn't going to damage my smile. I do it more so in my sleep. Overall I am happy with the progress I just hope that everything is going according to plan!
