Insurance did not cover anything. Wish they told me before the took my money. I used Invisaligh for my son and it was covered. A couple thousand puts a hurting on a family. Customer service has been terrible, no one ever returns calls. I hope after all this my daughter has a beautiful smile.

Horrible experience. Seems I have more serious problems than they could correct. Yet they sold them to me anyway My dentist told me to throw them away as they did no x rays and really had no business Charging me for something that would not work correctly on my teeth Of course they will not refund the money

Hi Patty! I'm sorry to hear you've had this experience! Our aligners are generally meant for mild to moderate treatments, and we ask for a number of things before determining whether you are a candidate or not- our team of orthodontists, dentists, and clinicians will always work together to provide you with a treatment that works best for your needs. Our clinicians are always available for a tele-dentistry call as well, so that they can assist you and provide clarity on any points of your treatment that you are uncertain about. We'd love to chat more- please send us an email so that we may get you in touch!
