Too long to get into but sufficed to say after over a year my teeth are still not straight. Finally today I spoke to a nice and helpful customer care specialist named Brooke and am hoping she can resolve the problems!

Hi Vivian! We want to make sure each customer is getting to their new smile in the safest and best way possible. Sometimes teeth are more stubborn than we expected and take longer to move. Our team should be sending you check-in emails every 2 weeks to make sure everything is progressing as projected. Those emails can sometimes get stuck in a junk or spam folder. If you haven't been seeing those emails, let's check that out right away. Please reach out at 877-298-3669 during normal business hours MST Monday-Sunday and our team would be happy to assist!

Byte salesmen always don't answer your questions or concerns directly. Instead, they always try to schedule a talk for details of treatment plan even after I said I know the plan very well. They don't care customers' concerns. They are only interested in talking about payment plan. Sick of them.
