I like all the options you can have.
There have been some years where it is not easy to justify the cost of the warranty as well as the $65 service fees. But so far everything has been very straightforward.
Your customer service is very good. Fred F. helped me this time and was very accommodating.
I like that you always use high quality companies in my area. Whenever I look up the companies' names, they are usually very highly rated by their customers.

He also got me on a monthly plan - without any extra fees.

I very rarely write a reviews, however. Fred F is an amazing warranty specialist. Helpful, friendly, professional who took th. He had all the answers to questions I asked. Saved me money. And helped take care of an issue with a plumber that we are currently waiting on to come back and finish the job. I have a few times over the years thought about leaving Landmark, Fred definitely changed that.

I have had a Landmark warranty since I bought the home in 2015 and the company has been very prompt and helpful on the few occasions there have been issues.

I've used Landmark in the past and have been relatively happy but on this occurrence I was not. I called about a clogged sewer line. They charged me 60 dollars and sent out a service provider who told me I had a clogged sewer line but were unable to do more. Thank you for telling me what I told you.
Update: I dealt with a very friendly and helpful customer service rep and I/we/they have resolved the issue.

1/2020 Called for water Softener service, ended up getting a water softener and a particle water heater covered. 2/2020 Washing machine needed service, but part was more than my 3 yr unit cost, Landmark delivered a brand new unit instead of fixing . Excellent service

I called Landmark for an upstairs leaking toilet. The response was quick and the work professionally well done.
I was worried that Landmark would be like one of those extended warranty places that do cars - take your money and make you jump through hoops for a repair. Quite the opposite was true. Very refreshing.

Superior coverage for home appliances and other tech devices. I have felt that the coverage was expansive for the price. I wholly appreciate the customer service representatives, who are genuine about serving and keeping our interests in perspective. We have had three items replaced now, a whole house heat pump system, an electric range oven, and a microwave and the arrangements made for replacement, including two check payment was 100 % correct.

Our dishwasher stopped working, they had a company out right away. They had to order a new motor and worked on the soap dispenser. The motor was replaced and the soap dispenser worked on. Within a few day we noticed the soap dispenser wasn't working. The company came right back and put in a new one. Very happy with Landmark!

I’m not sure how to rate LMHW. The issue we had was mostly the vendor. They gave us a 4 hr window and an hr before the time frame was up, they cancelled and said “hopefully we can get to you on our next business day.” (This was Friday, would have been Monday- plumbing issue.) After I took off work to be there.
LMHW took 25 min of putting me hold to finally agree to refund our deductible, and said “sorry for the inconvenience.” Never did they try to find another vendor. I would have been majorly impressed if they would have found another vendor and paid after hours fees since it was their vendor who stood me up.
Their vendors fault, but their lack of assistance in a replacement was extremely discouraging.
