Zero consistency when calling for service or support. I have had multiple contracts and about 80% of agents refuse to help. It's not that they can't, they won't.

The reason I rated them 2 stars is because they left me with NO AC for 5 days in 117 degree weather. 2 young kids a wife and a small dog! No call back or any concern about our safety and health!

It was the service man. I didn't like how he didn't allow me to explain. My dryer door wouldn't shut and he was just real short in and out 2 min. Horrible service

Reply from First American Home Warranty

Hello Natasha,

Our records indicate you placed a claim for your clothes dryer not working properly. We dispatched an independent contractor, Accord Appliance Service, Inc who reported the clothes dryer door was broken not due to normal wear and tear. Please be advised, First American's liability is limited to repair or replace an item that fails due to normal wear and tear. You may refer to your home warranty contract under Limits of Liability, Number Three. Please be advised, your claim is considered closed.

Thank you.

I have been trying to deal with a service request since 2 weeks now and very little to no progress. Most not all of customer service people tell you the same thing as if reading a script. They tell you to call back tomorrow

I am been very satisfied in the past. This time I'm really disappointed. I had an emergency I was assigned a company that's 2 hours out of my area and wasn't open on Saturday. I had to get someone on my own & pay myself. Your customer service person was very disrespectful

My faucet was loose and its bolt was stuck due to rust and they said it’s not covered and I paid for the faucet and labor to replace it. Cost me $400. It should have been covered. Not happy at all. I do not recommend this company.
