I called Choice Warranty with a toilet issue and the service rep was very helpful and scheduled an appointment with Final Touch Plumbing and they came as scheduled and fixed the toilet. Their service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend Choice Warranty and Final Touch to my family and friends.

I have excellent coverage and low payment since I chose the 6 yr option on 3 properties I own. I have always had positive and friendly conversation and answers to any questions I asked. Kylee R was my recent contact. She did a superb job, and had the patience of JOB in giving me the Info I needed. She definitely is an asset to your company. Sincerely, Maureen Humphreys

Being a first-time homeowner, I knew I needed a home warranty but was unsure of how it worked or where to start. Choice Home Warranty's Igal talked me through the process and the importance of a home warranty, what was included, and how to make a claim if one should arise. Igal was helpful, personable, and knowledgeable, and helped solidify my decision to use Choice for my home warranty.

Unfortunately we had many necessary repairs and one needed replacement of a dishwasher. Choice home has been astounding. The scheduling is convenient online and most repairs were arranged for the following day. They are easy to reach and extremely courteous and helpful. It has given us peace of mind and we will be long term customers. Thanks so much Choice Home.

I have been with Choice for 3 years- they have been prompt to answer my requests and when possible I have been connected with the servicer very quickly. I do have to say that not all the servicers sent to me were very reliable, and on one occasion actually made things worse but Choice was ready and willing to make up for it. The renewal process was very agreeable and the agent did everything possible to make it affordable for me. I am confident I have made the right choice to renew with Choice Home Warranty for another 3 years.

Choice remained extremely professional.Reassigned is to a new company an was fixed within two weeks for a tenth of the price that the AC unit would have costed myself. An now with my fridge going out not even a week later we already have a appointment with a company to come asses the situation. I will continue to use Choice for the next 40 years!!!!

The thing that most people want in a home warranty is reliability, efficiency, courtesy, and professional capability to get the job none. So far, I am proud to say that I’ve found all of the characteristics listed above to be true about Choice Home Warranty. When an individual calls, it’s usually about a problem so they don’t need additional problems or stress added and Choice tends to lessen the problem by being calm and getting to the heart of the matter, hence; coming up with a solution to solve the problem. Thanks for your service and friendly voice on the other end of the phone.

I spoke with Jason L. and I must say Jason was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He acknowledged the fact I am a senior citizen as well as a retired U.S. Marine, 100% combat related disabled. I'm sure most are aware that veterans are on a low fixed income and every penny saved counts. I feel that Jason helped me in the savings area, thank you Jason and thank you Choice Home Warranty. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very courteous. The person dispatched to my home was very customer-service oriented; and, explained things very clearly! Very good experience, so far with CHW! Maybe, if there is a next time, a little heads-up on someone being dispatched. I literally did not see the email about someone being dispatched until a couple of hours before they called to confirm the appointment!

The garage door opener became inoperable the Tuesday evening. Choice warranty was notified and told of the situation. I was told I would be receiving a phone call from the vendor. When I spoke with a representative of the company, I was told some one would be there in two days, between 2 o'clock and 3 o'clock pm. Thursday arrives and 2:00 pm rolls around to 3:00 pm, no one has shown. 4 o'clock chimes and in the driveway I see a white work truck pull in. Two gentlemen exit the vehicle. The driver says they are there to repair the garage door. The two men begin the job , then 15 minutes later the job is complete, and, all it cost me was the recommended $65.00 service fee. They did an awesome job. Thanks CHW, you're the best. Best regards, Tony G.

When I bought my policy I was afraid it was going to be another fly by night company and when I needed help it would be hard to get the attention and service I needed. Much to my surprise and delight, this didn’t turn out to be true! It was so easy to put in a claim! Then when I heard from your company so quickly I was shocked. You contacted the service person for me and even though I had to reschedule his visit because of my vacation, he came quickly. The day after I got back actually. He’s thorough and competent and I am so pleased I purchased the warranty!

I have been a customer for over 6 years now. Had about 3 claims since and each time they were very responsive to my issues. Although it’s an additional bill knowing that I have Choice Home Warranty, I feel at ease to know that if something breaks, I know I can rely on them to fix it. My only concern: Some businesses in the network should be vetted. I have heard stories from my referrals and I had a similar incident. Not everyone is knowledgeable or is specialized in areas.

I was so amazed at the level of service I received from CHW for a claim on my washing machine. I called with a claim on Monday, by the end of the day, I was contacted by a Sears technician who made an appointment to check my washer out on Wednesday of the same week. He was extremely courteous,, knowledgable and efficient. Diagnosed and fixed my problem super fast. I was so impressed that this was handled without stress on myself, and all the work was was done by CHW and the repairman. Wise choice I made in choosing Choice Home Warranty (lol)! Thank you.

I got a technician in to look at my oven within hours of calling about my problem. The young man was neat and wore a mask. He was friendly and ready to listen to me about my problem. He went right in to diagnose the problem. He ordered my parts and collected the payment. I am hoping that he will be returning to place the new part and get me back working!

The Sales Manager, Adam D, was extremely and patient with us as we took time to make a decision. The cost was an extreme factor in our final decision and he shared an affordable package. Adam spent the necessary time explaining every detail. He definitely knows his stuff. Times are hard with this pandemic upon us and you have to be careful with whom you can trust. I was referred by my sister who has been raving about the service your company offers, so we decided to check it out for ourselves. Looking forward to this experience!

Choice is exceptional. I had another home warranty company for many years before learning about Choice on both my personal and rental homes. The stress of dealing with the absolute incompetence of that other company was overwhelming, and I thought all home warranty companies would have the same type of customer service inexperience. Choice changed my opinion of that immediately. They respond quickly, the website is extremely user-friendly, and the work is done promptly and correctly the first time. I have recommended Choice to family and friends.

Michelle was wonderful to work with she made sure that I received the full knowledge of what your company does for its customers. Even though I was in the middle of moving and didn’t have much time to give her she made sure to provide me with options. If your company performs as well as Michelle does I will be a life long customer and will suggest you to all my friends and family.

My A/C is on in years and was not cooling like it should. I emailed a request to Choice to have someone come out and take a look at the problem. Temperature Pros were there the next day. Very professional gentleman looked over and identified the issue, a minor problem, notified Choice of the situation and within hours Choice approved the work and the issue was addressed. My house is cool and the unit seems to be working great.

In the end there was nothing wrong with my dryer except for the gas being turned off and the lint collector being plugged up but the technician taught me a few things about it I didn’t know so it was worth it in my opinion as I wouldn’t have thought to clean the lint collector myself and I couldn’t reach the gas on my own and didn’t know where it was.

The experience was good, Ronald was pleasant yet bjusiness like. His information was informative and he explained what I did not understand about home warranty programs. I believe I have received good value for my dollar. I hope that I will never need to use y'all, but since I purchased a previously owned condo with used appliances, I probab;y will use y'all within the next 3 years. I truly hope my next call to you willl be just as pleasant.

I contacted them Saturday morning asking for a callback, I was called back within the hour and the woman gave me all the information I needed. She said they'd contact a local A/C repair company and we would hear back from them within 8-24 hours. We got a call a few hours later saying the company would come Monday morning. We only had to pay a $65 copay for the service and the company came out and did a great job just as expected. We were very happy with this service.

All I can say is "WOW"..."Tommy" my sales advisor was excellent. As someone who works in the insurance industry, I know the importance of covering the things that may break down eventually in your home. Based on our conversation, he recognized the type of buyer I am and immediately found the best deal available. Thank you Choice Home Warranty! Job well done.

Choice Home Warranty will always have a reasonable resolution for what ever the situation. If an item needs to be replaced they will not just go with a bandaid fix to keep from replacing it. They will do what makes sense. If it makes sense to fix it they will do that. But, if it makes sense to replace it they will do that. It looks like Choice has a customer for life!

I'm extremely happy with this claim for my A.C. Neil Heating came the day after I made claim. Still waiting on 2nd opinion from their company. I like that they are contentious about possibly saving my unit. CHW also helped me replace a disposal quickly. But I wasn't pleased when I needed to have someone check out my refrigerator. They had me set up with a company. I called the day b4 to verify my appt. They never heard of me. I did let CHW know. And because I couldn't wait for a 2nd appt., due to being out of town, I had to replace my refrigerator myself. It was condenser that was shot.

Was very pleased with the response time after notifying Choice that u/s air conditioning was not cooling. Within a a few hours, they had contacted a repairman and an appointment was made to assess the situation. Gold Eagle AC ordered the blower motor needed and they returned once the part was received. Cooling has been restored! Thank you so much!

I have had choice for a year and a half. I have used them only for a couple of appliances that have failed. They send out a private contractor who does not work for choice home warranty and he/she submits their diagnosis to the choice. In the couple of instances that I have used the home warranty, they have opted to replace my appliance rather than repair. They have sent me a check to cover the replacement cost of a new appliance. The amount does not fully cover the cost of a brand new appliance, but in my experience has been enough to make it worthwhile. I have not had to use the home warranty for any issues such as plumbing/electrical or HVAC but would be very very curious as to how those types of problems are handled.

I appreciate the quick response from CHW. I've made two claims so far with this warranty service. The first claim went very smoothly and the Tech that repaired my microwave and refrigerator was wonderful. I'm currently in the middle of my second claim that requires a plumbing relater repair. The repair person is scheduled for tomorrow. I hope this experience will be as good as my first one.

Choice home warranty this time we have good experience in fixing our refrigerator, they send a good technician. Last time with my AC it was not a good experience, the kind of company which is the AC angel is not a good one, that company would just take your money snd won’t do anything. That’s why this time 10 star for choice home warranty for quick response and sending a good company/technician.

I have never used home warranty before, and only purchased it because I had to in order to close on my recent home purchase. Within 2 months, our motorized gate stopped working. It just so happened that earlier that day, my real estate agent checked up on.us and reminded me of our warranty. I was able to file a claim within a few minutes and a few days later a technician arrived and fixed the gate.

I like being able to pick up the phone when something breaks down and know that I am covered for a repair or replacement. There is a small monthly fee and a service fee for the technician to come out and inspect. After that, the CHW takes care of the repair or replacement. It is that simple. I have been with CHW for over 15 years. I love the service. Such peace of mind.

We were told about Choice Home Warranty from a friend. When my wife checked on line and filled out the form, we got a call right away. I picked up the phone and talked to Mr M. L, we discussed serveral option. We got a great deal and saved some money. A great rate. We have had our share of let-downs from warranty companies. Mr. L talked some straight talk, so we bought a 6 year plan. Thank you Mr. L for walking us through this process.

I had an upsetting experience with one of the service providers Choice uses. I called Choice and spoke with someone regarding the situation, however the representative did not have a listing ear. I pursued the matter and requested to speak with someone else. The person I spoke with was very professional and understanding. He handled the matter with care and I was completely satisfied. In fact, he won me over to continue being a Choice customer. I am happy with how Choice has handled all of my prior claims. I totally recommend Choice to all of my friends and family members. Excellent customer service. Quick and easy claim submission. My air conditioning system failed. I called to submit the claim. The person on the phone was easy to speak with and quickly got me through the process. Within a few hours I had a scheduled date for the next day to have a technician come out. As it was 83 degrees in my home, I called the technician to see if same day was possible. It was. A new air condenser fan later, my home is now 72 degrees Great service all around. K & L Heating and Air Conditioning came to the home. Their technician was fantastic.

Easy to file a claim. Technicians were professional and polite and explained everything. I was given the option to get my own air conditioning company to come in and get a diagosis, then forward to Home Choice, and after approval from them, pay for services and be reimbursed by Home Choice. (Extreme heat and a/c seemed to be blowing out warm air)I gave it until the next morning and by then they had made an appointment for me. It was nice to be given the option, however. Very pleased. Just paid the service call.

I declined an offer provided by CHW to replace my non working 12 year old microwave. Original offer was way less than what I paid for my microwave. I found 3 prices and offered up the lower one. My agent was very helpful and gave me an offer that I was happy with. I will be out of pocket maybe $30.00 for my over the range microwave but I still feel it's better than being out of pocket $200.00.

The technician was great - came early and fit the issue the first time. However, with that said the Company that came to my house did not except credit cards, only cash or check. I think as a customer that I should have been aware of that policy. What if I did not have $75.00 cash to pay the technician. The technician did not even have an Invoice or a receipt book. I had to type up and Paid Receipt and have him sign it to show I paid cash.

The customer service is amazing. I have received prompt reply to my claims; fair pricing for replacement of unrepairable appliances; easy instructions for processes; and quality services contractors at my home. I have had nothing but good experiences with Choice Home Warranty over the 5 years that I had my policy, so I have renewed it. My representative was courteous and professional and prompt to return my call. Choice is more affordable than many of the home warranty plans and when I make a claim, I get a call from a service provider pretty quick, so I can put that issue aside and deal with something else. I like the quick response to my email when service is needed. Always the technician is able to fix the problem. What I don't like about Choice Home Warranty is the exclusion to not fix the seal on my washer, which is just a rubber seal. Secondly, the past issue with my dryer not starting, was that it needed a small plastic part to make the contact on the door work better and the technician didn't have the part. It's a soft plastic piece about the size of a quarter and weighs .03 ounces (yes, I weighed it) and he had to order it. Didn't have any with him. The technician ordered the part and had it delivered to my house. It came yesterday, but the tech isn't scheduled to come back for another week. For that reason, I can't give the 5 star rating.
