Every time I call they get someone out as soon as possible. The dryer was acting up and they came out and fixed it right away. It wasn't heating up but they fixed the heating element.

Lately, I've had multiple claims for them and they've denied ever singly claim. Then it has to go to a supervisor for review and then after the supervisor refused it, they usually do a pay out but it's a pain that every single claim gets denied, even for things that are routinely covered. I'm not sure why they are in the practice of doing this, but it's super annoying. There's been multiple times when they can't use your own contractor and it's a nightmare to make your contractor call in and then make your contractor wait on hold for five minutes before they pick up. They don't want to pay for the labor of the guys that come over quick.

The customer service was friendly and informative. I had a plumbing problem and they sent out a plumber and he wasn't doing what he was supposed to be doing. He didn't complete the job and I had to call someone else and they completed the job. I had to pay that extra money.

Whenever I call they schedule an appointment as soon as the next day. They respond as quickly as possible. My washing machine couldn't be repaired so they gave us $300 to replace it.

When I signed up, the copayment which was agreed upon was not reflected in the contract paper work which came through, because the sales rep didn't go though all of it. When I contacted their customer service, they corrected it. The pricing was right for what we were looking for.

I have two houses covered by them and I have had really good experiences expcept the last time I put in a claim, they couldn't find anybody so they gave me the option to find my own technician. I made an appointment and I tried to get them to contact Choice to reimburse me, but they cancelled the appointment. I ended up paying out of pocket. So far customer service has been knowledgeable and easy to contact. Also they are friendly and helpful.

There are some flaws, but all things considered they are a good reputable company. There were no delays when I got a contactor to do work for me. The person though who they got to rekey my door, I would not recommend. They left my house less secure.

The last time I needed to use the warranty, a couple of weeks ago for the HVAC unit, they got a professional out here. This is the third time in the last two years I’ve needed them for the furnace and they are excellent. They came out the same day because they were worried about me being too cold. They always send out good people.

I am extremely disappointed in Choice Your ads say "Repair or Replace". Last year I was denied a claim even after the person was advised by a master plumber my explanation was correct. My recent experience has educated me to the fact that my microwave is valued on what you can buy it for not what I can buy it for. I must copay $100.00 to replace it I was advised that you are not an insurance company but some of your banners on the internet include the word insurance.. I also, must wait four to six weeks for the eCard for Lowes to replace my microwave.

Our refrigerator went out. A technician came out and said a part would have to be ordered to fix the refrigerator. We waited 2 weeks with food in coolers on ice. The part came and another technician said this WOULD NOT FIX THE REFRIGERATOR. We had to purchase another refrigerator and CHOICE ONLY PAID @ $700 'TOWARDS THE PURCHASE OF A NEW REFRIGERATOR" which, as you know is much more expensive. When we had FIDELITY HOME WARRENTY AND OUR MICROWAVE WENT OUT, IT WAS ONE UNIT WITH THE OVEN AND THE MICROWAVE AS ONE UNIT. FIDELITY REPLACED THE ENTIRE UNIT AT NO COST. THIS MICROWAVE AND OVEN UNIT COST $3,300! Needless to say we will not renew with CHOICE WARRENTY when it is time. We signed a 3 year contract with CHOICE. We will not renew when our contract is up.

I was pretty sad that I was put on hold by customer service for forever. When I finally got a hold of someone and had them draw up a contract, I had asked for 6 years but they gave me 3.5 years. I had to call back and change it again.

Choice Home Warranty is good quality. They have great customer service and are quick to assign you to someone to talk with. They have very prompt service. My AC was not working, so I had to call them. The vendor came to check it all, so they were able to fix the issue. Their response to your requests are quick and good. My only concern is not everything is covered by Choice Home Warranty, otherwise I'd had to pay more. They are definitely a trustworthy company.

I haven't had too much experience with them, but I haven't received my packet yet that I should have gotten by now. We failed to read the fine print. Our A/C system is under manuafacture warranty but it just covers parts. With the Choice Home Warranty rule that they don't cover the A/C if its under factory warranty we have paid more than $1000 for repairs not covered under the factory warranty nor Choice. Gee why did we get choice. Also we have a built in microwave that the repairmen have said needs to be replaced. Choice keeps sending a circuit panel which only works for a few days. This will be the third time we report it. They did fix the circuit breaker problem only after wasting two days to verify it wasn't the hot water heater when we told them what was wrong.

The first couple of free times we used the service were good. I had my garbage disposal and my refrigerator repaired pretty quickly. The only thing is that they have trouble finding someone in the area to send our way, there's not a lot of service people around here. The most difficult thing was trying to get someone to work on my stove.

They are very efficient. Once the call has been made, they are very prompt about getting somebody out to fix the issue. When our AC coil went out, a contractor had been contacted within two days. They came out to the house and replaced the coil quickly.

They are reasonably good. I had an experience recently when my microwave quit working. Initially they didn't want to service it because they considered it a countertop unit, even though it was a built in microwave unit. Eventually they agreed to fixing it and it got resolved. In the end that was a good experience.

So far it has been mixed. Most of the time it has been good, only one time it took very long for them to find somebody to provide me service. My drain was clogged in one of the bathrooms, so I called them. They were trying to send somebody but couldn't find any one. It took a week or more to get that fixed. You know, there are some things that are not covered that I didn't know because I did not read the whole contract. I've questioned why did they not cover those things, but I don't know if it is the same for other insurances.

They seem fairly good. They answer quickly when I call them. Last time I used it, it was for the bathroom, it had leaked under the sink. Landmark just dispatched the plumber out, he changed out the part that was leaking, and all was well. It gives me good value.
