It's awesome. It has worked out for me amazingly. Everything seems to go very good and I am in a very remote area so it takes a long time but once they get here everything is beautiful.

They have put in two claims and so far there have been no issues. The only negative is the pay out was kind of low to replace the dishwasher. It is usually pretty quick, though t was hard to get a hold of the claims person with the dishwasher.

The service is quality, they come in and get people immediately. When I first used my warranty, I was contacted within seconds after I put in the order. Sometimes the people they get are no so quality.

Choice Home Warranty was prompt in addressing my plumbing issue. A plumbing company was dispatched to my home to fix the problem on the same day as I reported the problem to Choice.

It covers everything that's necessary to run a household and the service fee is reasonable. The process was ok but the fact that there are no individuals to speak to regarding claims is frustrating. I used them for the first time in almost 3 years. The process was smooth but I had some questions unanswered because there was no one to speak too.

It would be better or more convenient if the technicians that they had get requests done within the twenty four hour frame and not make the customer wait. Choice answers quick and give me the claim number and everything and the technician approved it but getting the technician was hard.

I have had 2 claims on my AC unit this year. I learned from the first techs that came all that is ever going to be done is to piece and part it to fix. As long as you can get a part that is all they are going to do. Won't replace the unit or appliance unless you can't get a part. My AC went down on a weekend in July. I did online claim and it was going to be 3 days before they could get someone there. I called a tech I knew to come and look at it. Per CHW I was told anyone could fix and the repair was approved by their authorization dept. It took multiple phone calls of being bounced back and forth between the authorization dept and customer service I finally get something in writing that showed the repair was approved. What they neglected to tell me was that they would only reimburse so much at their rate. So i was out over 600.00 for the repair that I had to pay. You have to go with the company they send to only pay the co pay. I don't like not having a choice in who is doing the work. I was considering renewing this when it was up for renewal but for what it costs you per year, I don't think it's worth it. I will not be renewing.
