I would never recommend. My air conditioner was not covered like they claimed it would be and the explanation was bogus and full of legalese. I will be getting an attorney involved.

The marketing of this is deceptive. I was told that if something breaks it is fixed. It turns out they claim that breakdown is not normal wear and tear so not cover. So far nothing is cover and it’s a big waste of money

The last 2 claims we had to wait days before they found someone to do the work and then more wait until someone came to fix the problem.

CHW's business practices are deceptive. They are quick to deny a claims and come up with outrageous reasons as to why. They kept calling & texting me to sign up with them. Now that I'm signed up, I get no help from them.

I was totally oversold when I purchased this warranty. My claim for adding Freon to the AC unit was denied. I feel they will find any reason to deny a claim. I will not be renewing my contract.
