Sometimes there are misunderstandings of what is covered. Most of the time it is good but sometimes it is not.

Anytime I call they help me out and a technician comes as soon as they can. I just want them to be clear what is covered and what is not.

The representative that sold me a warranty stated my policy would pick up from where my old policy ended. Well, my garbage disposal broke and they wouldn't cover it

Mr. Extremely Disappointed

I''d give a zero if it was an option. Denied claim refused to pay for AC repair as stated when they sell you the scam warranty. Run like your hair is on fire from this company.

I did Not get the coverage thought I was getting. I was told it covered everything. It does not cover everything I was told. Apparently there are many exclusions that were not told upfront.
