My refrigerator went out August 12. I filed a claim on the 13th and still haven't received any money from choice warranty. I'm spending $5 a day on ice.

Individuals have to trust the companies the purchase Insurance from. This is far from being one of those companies. The are real good at collecting your premiums, however collecting reimbursements is like pulling teeth.

I rate them that way, because when I filed my first claim, I had to go through hell and high water and threaten to sue before that would repair my refrigerator.

They have paid out for claims but you have to jump through hoop and the individuals they work with are far from those technicians you'd select if choosing yourself.
