Heating went out and now nearly two weeks later, no action. Impossible to get through to either customer service or claims on weekends. Limited telephone times on weekends results in cut of after waiting up to 2 1/2 hours. Really bad customer service and no actions by claims. AVOID THIS COMPANY- M. Shefter

Our washing machine broke. The ARW repair people sent someone out to fix it who charged $350 for a “repair” and then said it was unrepairable. So, instead of getting a check for $500 as we should have to get a new washer, we only got $150. If the washer could not have been fixed, time, money and parts never should have been ordered.
