They are the worst, sent flowers 🌺 and 75 % of the flowers were damaged or broken. When I called they offered a 30 % store credit. I stop payment and let’s argue.

The flowers that I ordered and paid for were not what was delivered. The customer service was great up until that point. Paid $75 for a delivery that was worth about $20.

I ordered a $150 wreath that was supposed to include red roses and a red ribbon. It had neither. What I got was a cheap-looking ring of chrysanthemums, all white.

WORST flowers we’ve ever sent; embarrassment!! False advertising! They do not send anything close to advertised photos! Customer service is worse than the flowers!

It's fake. They show beautiful arrangements online for 68 dollars listed as shown and you receive a 5 dollar gas station arrangement in a vase. Do not use them.

Floral bandits? Underhanded marketing/advertising methods. Difficult to deal with when something goes awry. I pity the local florists associated with them.

Arrangement was nothing like the picture showed. I ordered the deluxe option, and it was small/overpriced. 80 dollars down the drain, but it's the thought that counts.
