The monthly price is great for its value but the employees are not very supportive.

It says cancel anytime if you have black card. However, I am moving out of country next year and they charge me 39 for canceling.

Horrible about cancellation. Will try to tack on late fees you didn't even know you had. Pathetic. Will never, never go back.

They WILL double charge you and "blame billing". Talking to the manager resolved nothing, and neither did talking to billing.

Cancelling your contract is ridiculous. We moved to Texas and they told us we have to go all the way back to SC to stop our contract. Crazy.

I was going to join. Black Card. Can't pay with a credit card. How American can a company be if you cannot pay with a credit card?

Although Plant Fitness offer lower prices than other gyms I’ve been to, I find that the quality is also lower.

Wasn’t super pleased with this gym. They have a lack of equipment and seem very strict. I always dreaded going into this gym.

I wasn't very happy with this gym. In addition, canceling the service was kind of a pain and took more effort thant it should have.

My old gym sold out to this company. I didn't like the changes they were going to make to the fees and such so I cancelled my membership.
