It's a friendly, non-judgmental place to work out. My only complaint is the personal trainer classes aren't scheduled very well.

The employees are mean and don't want to help. I am not familiar with done of the equipment and upon along for help I was either greeted with heavy sighs or some would roll their eyes as if I was a bother.

I've had an overall good experience with this gym. I would recommend that they hire more staff that look like they know about lifting.

The planet fitness next to me is so small. It literally looks like just a big room with all of the workout machines.. rows and rows of treadmills, elypticals, and stair climbers.

The pricing of the membership was defiantly cheaper than others, however the gym was small causing a limited amount of equipment. Also, there were no private spaces i could workout due to the open floor plan.

It's nice how affordable they are, but the lack of free weights is difficult to work with at times. Basically, I felt very limited in my exercise options.

Received $120 in insufficient fund charges within 7 days. A business that preaches being inexpensive is full of lies and deceit. They don't care about their customers' health, they care about their wallets.

Love the equipment but for being in covid times it's not as clean as I would have thought. It's also more geared toward younger people in my opinion.

The terms of my membership weren’t honored and they basically stole from me. They use ACH withdrawals from your bank account to make it extremely difficult for you to get your money back when they’re at fault.
