Planet Fitness is a good gym. They have a good variety of equipment and trainings, but they are a little more expensive than some other decent gyms. I think their pizza nights, etc. are a little weird, but I look past that.

Planet Fitness was a mixed experience for me. For one, there are no scales anywhere in the gym. This doesn’t make sense to me. Also, I saw signs everywhere banning certain types of tank tops, jugs of water etc. It seems as though it’s a gym that doesn’t really want people to get fit. Even so, the price alone makes it worthwhile.

This gym is reasonably priced and usually clean, with good hours, but don't expect the employees to have a clue about anything or a desire to assist. Their billing sounds good but in fact they do it in a way that will refuse to cancel and they will change your rates without notice. I had to change my bank account just to cancel it.

An overall clean gym with decent equipment at Planet Fitness. Sometimes the workers can be a bit over the top with rules, but it wasn’t as bad as some of my friends led me to believe.

10 bucks a month is honestly a wonderful deal, but I don't like how the gym lacks a number of free weights. It's definitely not as busy as other big franchise gyms and very clean.

Cheap cheap cheap, but you need to be self-motivated and have an idea of how to put together your own workout in order to get the most out of this gym. You can pay extra for trainer-led classes.

Planet Fitness is probably more of the more less intimidating places to work out since there's a wider variety of people there. There are a lot of people there that have just started a gym membership, so it's less intimidating.

I enjoy the stations the have and the massage chair but the only thing I would recommend is not having pizza and bagel nights and including classes. This would add so much for value with classes and babysitting.

I belong to Planet Fitness. I dont go there very often, but I really like it. I never feel out of place even though I'm not perfectly fit. I love the tanning beds and massage tables after a workout.

Pretty sure it was just the location I visited. Have heard nothing but great things so I joined at the nearest location. It wasn’t very clean, employees weren’t friendly, and my trainer kept rescheduling. I would hope to find another location and revisit and hope for a better experience.

I gave 4 stars only because when we joined we had to pay a much higher start up fee than the current gym where we are now. We did enjoy it though while we were members. It was smaller and Ilimed that.

I am disgusted with planet fitness...you send an email out on June 10, 2020 and resumed BILLING ON JUNE 17. AS CUSTOMERS WE SHOULD HAVE HAD 30 DAYS NOTICE. PEOPLE ARE FURLOUGHED, LAID OFF, and trying to regroup after this crisis. I understand money was lost but you don't sabotage loyal customers to get it!😡😠😡 Planet fitness

We moved to another city that did not have a facility and we tried to cancel our membership. I just discovered they are still debiting my bank account; six months later. I have gone into the facility and have made NUMEROUS phone calls with no luck. They keep saying they will handle it!

I was able to apply by phone but can’t cancel by phone. So mad ! Had a one year membership but just found out the company has been charging me for 4 extra months. Called and got no help. They will charge you after membership is over unless you go in to cancel. They have an extra $80 of my money for nothing.

Tried to cancel charged me for canceling and then a late fee I was never late! They blamed billing I called billing and billing said it was on them and I called back and they won’t wave the 99 dollars that I “owe” Them! They threatened me if I don’t pay it it would go on my credit! My advice never go to this gym! They lie steal and cheat

Unfriendly staff - I signed up online for PF Black Card membership on 08/24 at Natomas and went for quick tour of the facility but with the pathetic and rude staff behavior, I could not even think of continuing any further. Hence have cancelled membership.
