My truck was broken into in the parking lot. I was informed by staff that this is a major problem for them. I was assured that the corporate office would reach out to me regarding this matter. I have not heard from anyone.

Planet fitness is not the gym to go to if you are into lifting heavy weights. If you make too much noise while lifting, you can set off the lunk alarm. Other than that, you can’t beat the price!

Absolutely the most smelliest dirtiest gym around. Ladies room smells like a swamp. They allow people who don’t work out at the gym shower there as long as the pay ten dollars a month.

Very low and affordable prices with amenities equal to a larger gym. The only drawback is the small size of the facility and no pool or sauna.

Planet fitness is good depending on the day. Some of their staff is motivating and polite while others are complete jerks. The service needs improvement.

I used planet fitness for a week. And I really was not a fan. The customer service was fine, but nothing special.. and I didn’t feel the energy there that I do in other gyms. It was pretty static.

Great gym. They offer so many workout plans. The employees are great, and while on the more expensive side, it's totally worth it.

I think this gym shouldn’t offer like pizza nights and sugary drinks for purchase. The gyms are always so overcrowded too because of their super cheap price.

I used to have a membership a few years ago. The reason I decided to leave and go to Vasa is due to the lack of free weights.

I don't like Planet Fitness because I don't like public gyms like this! Like Vasa, the environment isn't inviting and I don't enjoy it. I've never paid for a membership, only done a free trial.

If you want a low key gym to go to, this is the place for you. But, be sure you never want to cancel because that will be nearly impossible without completely cancelling your bank account and opening up a new one.

When machines break down, it takes wayyy too long to fix. They also have said from opening day, they will have bike parking. Still waiting.
