Tried to amend my order on the same day I placed it. I was tld they were unable to do this even though the order was not shipped until 5 days after. The only way of contacting them is through web chat or email, both services feel like talking to a robot. Really unhelpful and not good sevice.

It's a sad state of affairs when a crooked courier (DPD) are believed over a loyal customer and the company are unwilling to request signatures that could solve the issues. Absolutely appalling level of customer service and unable to actually speak to someone. Order at your peril.

When I made this order, I got an email saying I would have received it TWO WEEKS AGO, AND I STILL DON'T HAVE IT, I have written a number of emails enquiring and complaining about this and they have NOT been helpful, they didn't even answer some of them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Late delivery and Non existent customer service team. Rang 7 times at different times and not once did someone answer the phone! Each time I left the phone ringing for approx 10mins! Shocking! Never again will I spend a penny or recommend this site! Worst experience ever!

I bought a jumpsuit for my rehearsal dinner and a men's white wrinkled button up shirt is what I received instead. I contacted the support team and they no long sell the jumpsuit and said "sorry you can send it back and we will refund you in 5-14 days. THANKS NEVER AGAIN SO HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi there - Over all the website is nice and easy to use. The problem came when my products were shipped to me in canada. this is a word of caution - I paid ASOS $150 for various sale items. When my package was delivered I had to pay an ADDITIONAL $60 for shipping fees. I was not impressed and wont use this company again.

Asos regually let me down on deliveries they have no complaints department just a customer care team that don't care and never resolve any of your problems. They should be looked in to I can't see how a company of this size can get alway with the lack of service they provide once they have your money they couldn't care less.

I ordered a pair of joggers from ASOS that looked perfectly normal on the model. When they came, they were pretty much leggings and the material felt like a Halloween costume. I sent them back for a refund, but after almost 2 weeks I haven't gotten a refund, or even an email about the matter. I would not buy from ASOS again.

They charged me 2 weeks ago, sent the following email claiming they delivered the parcel (I have no idea to whom if ever) and now "investigating" it. Firstly they asked 48 hours, then another 2 working days, now another 3 working days and totally refuse to process the refund I keep asking them to do. Never ever I will shop with them again.

I have sent back more than a month ago 2 pairs of trousers. Still didn't received back any money. 35 pounds just like that.I contacted customer care and ask for a receipt from Royal Mail proving that I've sent it back. Obviously I don't have it anymore. Won't order from them anymore.

Horrible customer service. After having shopped there regularly for 8 years and have had an increasingly bad experience. Now the one time I have a real issue I have only received lies and wrong information from them, and denied a refund over a pety 20 pounds for the order. They clearly dont care about their customers. I'm deleting my account now.

Non existent customer service. Paid with pay pal and Asos canceled my order. Because they want to verify my info, they want me to send them my credit card statement, and my id. When you pay with PAy pal there are the ones paying you and the ones responsible for verification. Stupid policies.

Just Terrible. It took them close to two months to deliver an item to Canada, when the estimated date was not even close to when it actually arrived. Customer service really doesn't care at all and told me just to keep on waiting. There wasn't a tracking number on it either.

The material you receive does not look like the picture and is always awful. I have always ordered from asos and am a regular customer however my delivery is awful and never comes when I need it. God knows how much I've paid on next day or standard but it's never come when it states it should.

Why my order did not arrived for the 3rd time? I'm receiving orders i make on other sites to my postal office , my adress is ok in your system but after i wait for 1 month you are saying every time that the package returned back without no explanation. Why are you not sending my orders? I don't know why i even bother but this has gone too far.
