I placed an order for a pair of over the knee boots size 11 US= to a 9 UK. What I received was a size 10 US=to a 8 UK, not a big deal, mistakes happen. What was a big deal was the way customer service responded or lack there of. I sent proof via my email confirmation and order page that I ordered an 11. However, each customer service rep(I spoke to 8 via messenger app and chat ) kept referencing their “order screen” and saying I ordered an 8 UK. Evidently, their order screen overrides my email confirmation and their order page. The solution they offered was to return the wrong item for a full refund. Well, wasn't that always my option? Thanks for allowing me to do what was already my right., ASOS. I knew the boots would sell out. I simply wanted them to replace the boots or offer me the 20% on the new order, once the boots come back into stock; I received 20% off of the order I needed to return. But that offer never came. In addition, this order qualified for free 4 day express shipping. Oddly, it this order arrived the same day as the order that was placed three days after the so-called express shipped order.; both orders arrived 7 after ordering. The saddest part in all of this is that ASOS has really great items, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They are terrible. It makes me think long and hard about doing business with them in the future. 11.10.16- Must give credit when credit is due; ASOS sent me an email on 11.9.16 informing me that the error was indeed theirs(not their words mine, but by virtue of their email that's what they were saying) and would be sending me the correct boots, via express shipping. I was informed that once the boots left the warehouse an email would be sent with the tracking #. I received the tracking # this morning. My boots will arrive on 11.11.16.I still believe the customer service needs work. I was fortunate enough to finally get a rep that had the compassion and made an effort to rectify the wrong.

Really disappointed on my first purchase with ASOS. My order is now 3 days behind scheduled arrival and counting . I have ultimately believed in their "4 day" standard shipping policy. I was eager on getting hand of the item as I have to use it on a particular occasion, now I have already bought an alternative outfit for that. No choice now but to return it once the item arrives or if it will ever be. As for customer service, they insist that it might be due to local postal delays, but I called the local post office and told me that all deliveries are on time and there is no occurrence of delays and whatsoever. So I guess this is now ASOS part of having the item shipped late or if they shipped anything at all. SMH

International free shipping is non existing they provide no tracking number. You never receive your package and their customer service is crap. Lost over $1000 usd in merchandise that never arrived. They blocked me from twitter and my own account. These people are thieves please BEWARE do not buy from them. Their twitter page flooded with complaints from ppl not recieving their parcels. Had to claim through PayPal this is a nightmare! Then they will threaten and treat you like an idiot And if you try to speak up through social media they will completely block you from their pages ! This is like living in a dictatorship, it is actually a disgrace ASOS you make online shopping stressful unreliable and unworthy. Your representatives are ignorant cows who treat people like toilet seats ! The quality is really crappy and just not worth the value I wonder how much money they pay bloggers to make their company look cool and reliable. Please do not let ASOS scam you there are plenty of honest decent retail websites everywhere You for sure will be robbed and insulted

Worst shopping experience ever. At first my order was cancel and wasn't notify right away. Find out after I try to log back into see the tracking. My account was block so send them e-mail since they don't have CS number at US. Got replay with in day. They are looking into it. Another day pass and got other e-mail saying they need pics. of my ID, card, bank statements, and order number. Telling me don't worry about the info. I'm giving them will be delete after? what? I'm suppose to just belive e-mail? so sent the pic. blocking some info. but clear for address and last 4 digits of card. All which show consistent with address and 4 digits. Another day pass no e-mail about my request or comfirmation for gettinf my info. I sent another e-mail asking about update. another day pass got reply asking me to send them other pics. that is not blocking and clear ID. I told them get lost. Don't trust them. I don't know them. Not sure they are really there or its scam.

The customer service at ASOS is absolutely appalling, placed an order June 28th, today is August 10th (so far its be 34 days) my parcel has went missing, after hounding asos they admitted that the parcel was 'lost', shipped a second parcel, who knows where this one has gone to. A present ordered for a friends 30th birthday, which has long since been and gone, second time the order shipped something was out of stock. Do you think i've had a refund? OF COURSE NOT! This customer service team seem to want to make it as difficult as possible for the customer to get their money back, after getting nowhere on social media and through email, I called, passed around and hung up on. Asked for a manager to call me with a resolution...NOTHING, NO CALLS, NO REFUNDS. They have my money so that's all they care about. Honestly the worst customer service i've experienced in a while, trading standards should investigate!!!

Customer service - what customer service! I ordered items for next day delivery well over a week ago, and Asos still can't tell me where they are despite two calls (one over 20 mins on hold) and numerous emails. They insist it's been delivered, despite the signature being literally a straight line and my neighbor refusing delivery. Postage has been refunded, but still being told to just 'wait' while they raise a dispute with the postal service. No offer of compensation, replacement order, or refund - just 'wait until probably Friday'. My items should have arrived 8 days before that. Not to mention the oh so 'helpful' staff who don't read the notes emails they have in front of them! Twice now I've had someone else pick up the email complaint trail, insist it's been delivered, and ask if there was anything else they could do to help. They clearly aren't bothering to READ what is RIGHT THERE. Somehow, they decided it was a good idea to send a request for customer service feedback IN THE MIDDLE OF DEALING WITH MY MISSING ORDER! I've used Asos for years, and I've never had to contact their customer service before. After this experience? You can be sure I won't be using them again.

I purchased some jeans for $55 NZD on the 7th June 2016, and it is now the 5th of July. and when processing the request through Paypal, the page refreshed and said an error occurred, and the payment or order wasn't processed - but not to worry because I "had not been charged" until I Checked my bank balance to notice that there was $55 taken from my account to PayPal. I logged into Paypal to see that yes, $55 had been taken and the payment was pending with ASOS. After seeing this, I immediately contacted ASOS - they have no email address and limited other ways of contact, so was forced to send a message through to their Facebook account. They replied after 2 days, asking for my account information, which I replied again instantly. Another 2 days, they replied saying they couldn't find my account and wanted another confirmation of my email and other personal information. Another 5 days, no reponse so I message again saying can they help me - no reply. another week, (2 weeks after purchase) I messaged again saying what terrible service this is and that I was taking this matter up with someone else. I realised ASOS was ignoring me on purpose now, so messaged PayPal to see if they could do anything for me - which they did, they were able to find the order and gave me a number to send to ASOS which was my order and ideally this would refund my money. So I did exactly that, forwarded the number onto ASOS and haven't heard back since. It is now a month since this has happened, and 2 and a half weeks not hearing a word from them. They are purposely ignoring my messages, and have scammed me of $55 NZD. The scary thing is I used to shop on there all the time, but really they have the ability to scam people and get away with it. It's just not good enough. I have no idea what to do now.

Dissatisfied

I just had my first and Last shopping experience with ASOS! As the old saying goes if it's to good to be true it is the case! Deceptively untrue in my experience. As they sell good brands I was called into thinking they may be another great online option like The Iconic or Surfstitch but NO way ASOS has proved absolutely terrible in more ways than one! Start with the Customer Service- rate it at a 1 out of 10. Email them and expect a generic response that does not provide an answer let alone a solution or even any individual review of your case. Do expect a patronising ignorant reply. Eg click here and you will see a size chart! Oh really Sherloch you do not think I didn't look at size charts and reviews of show sizing before ordering 6 pairs of men's shoes?! So as for the shoes. Yep 6 pairs of them ordered each pair as per each males usual size. Ensured I knew their European size and their UK & US size. Looked online at customer reviews which mentioned ASOS shoes were tts.... We get the shoes and NOT one pair fit one person. each and every pair are TOO small this shows consistency. I write to ASOS and they suggest I look at size charts! Disgusting and disgraceful response!! What a joke. I shop online on a weekly basis and have only come across one or two as dreadful. Will not be back!!

First time shopping with ASOS, made an order 7 days ago and up to date, order has not been shipping out. It took them 1 sec to actually take the money from me and send me a confirmation email stating my delivery will be on the 20th of June or before. Despite being a SCAM, i tried to email almost 10 times, tweeted them but nothing was solved after over 10 hours of wait in front of my computer. After Spamming all over tweeter, they finally decided to reply to me telling me my order will be delayed and did not even provide me with a reason, even told me it will help if I stop spamming because it only makes them reply to DM's slower. Next another customer service rep told me that delivery timings to Asia is 14 working days and i should check delivery timings before ordering off sites in the future, another customer service rep told me i will be blocked off Twitter if i continue spamming (that was the only way to get them to reply by the way). Another customer service rep told me that in the future if i need the items urgently i should have picked Express delivery (which everyone else on twitter is saying they paid extra and have yet to receive anything) He/she told me maybe i should make another order with the same items and pay for Express delivery, and why my other order arrives i can send it back and make a refund (By the way, everyone on Twitter is also facing problems getting their money back after months of waiting). The last customer service rep just DM'ed me this morning, telling me not to worry as we are well ahead of timings as my order will be dispatched shortly they next few days and will reach me before the EST time of 20th June (which i highly dont understand as one person told me shipping take 14 workings days and now out of a sudden i should not worry because there is 10 working days left to my EST delivery date and we are well ahead in timings?) HOW RIDICULOUS IS THIS !!!!

It took 3 days to have a conversation by chat with them on facebook as there is now no other way to get in touch with them other than twitter/facebook/or a form which takes days for a reply. They sent me a wrong item and said it was not possible to send a replacement, but I should order it again hoping that it comes right this time and said the wrong one back for a refund. That goes against consumers rights really as they should have either sent a replacement or a refund straight away, I was gonna send back those ugly trousers they sent by mistake anyway. Mistakes happen but customer service should be fast and reliable.

I wrote 6 emails to their customer service concerning my return. STILL NO REPLY BACK!! Order was placed in early March!!! I used their precious little return label and I even have proof that the package was delivered but still NO REFUND. So basically ASOS has stolen over 100.00 from me. It's ridiculous that I have to file a police report but I will do anything at this point. Customer service is highly incompentent. As soon as they hear something they do not like, they just totally ignore you. This is very sad as I have bought lots of items from them, given good survey reviews and also have recommended them in the past.....NOT ANYMORE. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. The same thing also happened to my friend, she never recieved her 43.00 refund. They just kept her money and the returned item. Very very sad.

Let me tell you about ASOS. You try them out. You skeptically order one or two items to test the waters, see how that goes. They arrive in a reasonable amount of time. Those items just happen to fit, well enough anyway (miraculously). Yay! So now you have created an ASOS account and they're sending you emails. They don't offer as many discounts NEARLY as often as their competitors, like Boohoo (which I only have good things to say about and would highly recommend over ASOS a million times over). But behold, one day you get a promo code for $70 off a $250 order from ASOS! A bit much to spend, but how often does that kind of deal come around for ASOS, right? So you do it. You buy $250 worth of clothes and save $70. Yay! Then they arrive. I ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEE there WILL BE returns that need to be made. Never have I shopped somewhere with such INCONSISTENT SIZES! This XL is smaller than that Large, but those 34" shorts are tighter than these 28" pants, and...you get the picture. So now, you have to send half of that big $250 order back for the correct sizes, BUT WAIT! You CAN'T exchange the items for the correct sizes? No way to do that whatsoever. You HAVE to take a refund for your returns. Now, guess what happens to that $70 discount, that you had to spend $250 just to get...it goes BYE-BYE! They take it right back out of your refund. So let's say you had to return $93 worth of clothes that didn't fit. A week or two later, they refund you $23. WHAT? WAIT! You just SCAMMED me into spending $250, just to get a $70 discount, only to have you guys TAKE IT RIGHT BACK?? I didn't want a refund IN THE FIRST PLACE! I just wanted to adjust the sizes appropriately after trying them on! I mean, if this size 30" fits like a 34", I guess I need a 26", for my 32" waist, makes perfect sense right?? Umm... Customer service, PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS! Hahaha! "Sorry, you should have read the Terms and Conditions." Translation: "Due to some fine print nobody actually reads, we don't have to make this right, so we're not going to." Better translation: "F*** off, we already got your money!" Well guess what ASOS, basically everything you have to offer can be found at Boohoo or ELWOOD Clothing, among many others, for a MUCH better price. Not to mention they offer better deals and discounts WAY more often than ASOS. And I've personally needed customer service from Boohoo and they handled the issue so pleasantly, I never even had to be rude once. Anybody who reads this is going to check out those sites I just vouched for and find out for themselves they are better in every way. Maybe once you lose enough customers you'll try harder to hang on to the ones you have. That is, if you can stop being snotty little bit----, never mind, I've said my piece, no need to be ugly about it.

I have been shopping at ASOS for a couple of years. I have been happy with the products, the prices and the quality. Fortunately i have not been in contact with their support, until now. I will try to keep the story short. A couple of weeks ago I decided that I needed new shoes and some other clothes for spring and so i went to ASOS.com. While browsing the site i noticed that they had a promo code which gave me the following: * 150 SEK off a purchase of 1000SEK-1499SEK * 250 SEK off a purchase of 1500SEK - 1999SEK * and so on. I went ahead and placed an order of about 1750 SEK which gave me the right to use the promo code which gave me 250 SEK discount. Five days later i went to fetch the order and the postal office, I tried the clothes on and noticed that the belt and the trousers didn't fit as well i thought it would. As ASOS has free returns I simple went ahead and returned the items which didn't fit. The returned items were worth 100 + 250 SEK. About a week later I recieved an email stating that I would get 100 SEK back of total 350 SEK. This means that my promo code was gone and I had to pay 250 SEK extra. I e-mailed back asking why i didn't get the whole 350 SEK back and got the answer that by returning these items the total value of the order was no longer more than 1500 SEK which meant that the promo code stopped working. I actually think this is right but as you see above, there is a code for orders with sums between 1000 SEK and 1500 SEK. So i asked why that promo code wasn't applied instead. The answer from the support was that it doesn't work like that because the promo code is no longer usable. About now i started to get frustrated. 1. ASOS wasn't willing to apply the smaller discount because of no reason at all. 2. If I only had returned the belt for 100SEK i wouldn't had gone under 1500SEK, thus keeping my original discount. 3. By returning the belt AND the trousers, thus loosing the discount, I actually GAVE the trousers back to ASOS and the same time paid for them. I went ahead and informed the "support" about this and i didn't get any answer at all. So I tried asking to get the trousers back, becasue they were in my opinion still mine because I actually paid for them by returning them, as stupid as it may sound. The answer was that they couldn't send them back as the refund was already processed. They actually processed the return before the matter at hand was solved. You wanna know what I got as an "Im sorry" from ASOS? I got the same discount code again and it's viable until 24/4 2016. Which is 5 days from now. Do you think I will use it? ASOS support is a joke. Before this experience I would recommend ASOS to anyone. Now I wont recommend it anymore to anyone. I wonder if ASOS now how much they loose from scr*wing with the customers over petty sums. Just help the customer and you get good PR, thus more customers. (Will post this to all known review-sites to let customers how ASOS treats their customers)

Recently, I ordered a small item from ASOS. I've waited for it for almost a month and in the end I haven't received it. My experience with the ASOS customer care was most appalling. I spoke with just about an entire CC team and their fb customer reps (ie. each and every email or chat is responded to by a different person, repeating their automated responses blindly, without as much as reading customer messages or questions). ASOS customer care/fb teams are rude and highly unprofessional. There's no cooherant internal coordination nor communication at all. Nobody follows up, nobody take any responsibility or ownership of cases. When asked to escalate my case or (after entire 10 days of back and forth messaging and a whole weekend of useless chatting) have someone in charge to call me (which seems to be clearly an option as stated on their website AND also proposed by yet another of their agents) NOBODY bothered to contact me on the phone. They just kept repeating their 'pre automated' texts, without looking once at my responses. I have NEVER had a 'pleasure' with such horrendous, beyond ANY standards customer service, EVER. I wouldn't (and won't) advice anyone to use ASOS services, ever.

I've been shopping at A.S.O.S since 2009 and looking back at my purchase orders have spent well over $ 3,000 dollars. That might not seem like a lot to some but to me, that's what I'd call a loyal customer. I even did my senior project at KSU on the company. That was until I ordered a body con dress with scuba fabric on sale back at the end of December. They sent me a chiffon maxi dress which even if you didn't have a picture anyone who knows common fashion terminology should know the obvious difference between these dresses. Since it was a sale item I knew they'd be out. I fully expected a 10% discount on my next purchase at the very least for such an obvious and stupid blunder. All they gave me was an apology and an excuse that "this rarely happens" which upon further research I found happens quite a bit with them. ASOS is a huge disappointment.

I am (was going to be) a new customer of this company. Worse customer service I have ever experienced, bar none-- After registering and placing my first order I was notified my order was cancelled. I was told to submit a lot of documents to prove my identify. No reason other than fraudulent activity associated with this account. I asked how that could be, when I just registered. When dealing with customer service, chat, they provide no information, or any assistance. And disconnected when I was asking questions. Apparently this company is so big that it has no concern about its customers, or growing the company. They can take a lesson from Amazon.

Best experience from an online retailer I've ever had. Order a £16 watch, got home to find my gate lying down horizontally in my back garden and the watch delivered in our recycle bin. Cost me £250 to have the gate repaired. Followed their protocol dealt with them not Hermes. 1. Asked me for a statement. 2. Asked me to email pictures. 3. Asked me to get 3rd party quote. 4. Asked me to wait while Hermes responded. 5. A Hermes delivery driver appeared at my front door when I was at work, my wife answered and found his demeanour threatening. Informed ASOS of this and they stated this was standard practice. BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE A SINGLE WOMAN LIVING ON YOUR OWN!! 6. ASOS asked what evidence I had Hermes had done it, I stated has much evidence that they had they hadn't. ASOS then stated nothing to do with them and they would be doing nothing for me.

I ordered some stuff from the store and I was quite happy about the order until it was time to receive it. First, I receive a phone call from the delivery person saying that he is at my house and start questioning where I am and why I am not at home to receive the package. He also informed me that the package will be send back to the company. Almost an hour later I receive a text message - your parcel will be delivered today. Clearly, that it will not take place as the guy already tried to deliver it an hour earlier. I chat with the customer service trying to say that it is not acceptable as imagine I would go home and wait for the package that would not be delivered. Anyway, the long story short, I cancel the order and asked for money back. Imagine my surprise, when next day, the guy try to deliver the package to me, stating that he wasn't aware that the order been cancelled! After asking him to take the package back as I don't want it, he told me not to shop with asos as my building is my suitable for deliveries! I been doing online shopping for 5 years and never had a problem! So disappointment on how it happened with asos. Clearly I don't want to shop with them anymore and I would advise all of my friends to do the same! Bad service guys, bad service!

For the first time, i went online on asos and decided to purchase 4 pairs of shoes for my husband as a birthday gift. After the transaction went through and i received a confirmation letter stating it was on his way, i received another email that my order was cancelled. They cancelled my order because they could not verify my credit card information. they wanted me to send in a copy of ID or passport, billing statement with my credit card information and a different letter with my billing address. They wanted me to send those infos over email. Why would i do that when there is so much scams and email hacking? I talked to them and they respond that this will only be fixed if i provide those documents. I shopped always online with the same card and never had this problem. For a first time shopper with them, this was very disappointing and horrible experience. Btw my purchase order was only $284.0 so it is not like it is a large amount whereas you can think it is a fraud. But again, this place and service sucks!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE!

ASOS - IS A FRAUDULENT SITE! Over a month ago I bought two watches on this website. One for my father, the second - for yourself. But I got nothing. NOTHING. When I wrote about this in the customer service, they promised to send me a replacement. But it turned out that this watch is out of stock and Asos decided not to return money. They just blocked my account. I was left without a watches and no my money. Today I appeal to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (FBI) with a complaint about fraud Asos site. People! DO NOT BUY on this site, if you do not want to lose your money!!! There are many reliable sites, with lower prices and good customer support.

Ordered a pair of boots to be received the next day. When I got them they had sent me two right feet so I contacted customer service and they said they couldn't replace them until I'd sent them back, which I had to organise (but was told "it's free :)" ). I sent them back the very next day but they took 5 days to reach ASOS and I was refunded. I had to contact them (they never informed me) to be told the boots had now sold out but was told "sorry but I hope you have a nice day." I never got the impression that ASOS were at fault or really cared with it and overall I was massively inconvenienced for it! Extremely bad service!!

I placed an order for a suit with this company. After 3 weeks no sign of the suit, I emailed ASOS several times and they finally said that there is nothing they can do and the order is lost. And once it was found and returned, they will credit my money whenever that may be. Regardless, I blamed the courrier service and reordered the same item. Guess what, they addressed the item to the wrong addresss again (I found this information from UPS). So now my 2nd order will probably go around the world and go back to them resulting in 2 refunds (whenever they happen). When I complained, all i got was a 10% coupon. Blah!! They can keep that - wish i could give them zero stars. Do not shop here. Very unreliable

I have nothing to say at this point regarding the quality of the products, but that's only because my items still haven't arrived. The delivery date has been pushed back twice, and ASOS customer service has made no real attempts to resolve the issue. When exchanging multiple emails with two customer service representatives, Daisie and Michael, I was told (in more words) that they didn't have any control over shipping and I would just have to wait. This statement is at least partially true, I understand that once the item is shipped they do not have control over its arrival date, but a proactive attempt on the front end to make sure it arrived as promised would have been appreciated, or an attempt to make things right prior to the sixth email from me would have been appreciated as well. Waiting for my package to arrive (at this point, at least 5 days - three business days - late) so I can pack it up to send it back for a refund. They get a two only because they have free return shipping!

ASOS customer service is beyond horrible. I recently purchased some school clothes from ASOS. I had recently moved so when I got to check out I updated my address. The next day I checked status on my package and saw that it was being shipped to my old address, I was very annoyed. I contacted ASOS by email because they don't have a call center and expressed my issue to them. Someone named Phil got back to me that same day and said that he would look into my issue and he asked me for my Order # and my address. The next day in the afternoon I noticed that Phil or anyone from ASOS customer service had still not contacted me back about the whereabouts of my package so I sent them a few emails back to back expressing my annoyance with this whole issue. Later on that day someone from there customer service name Sophie emailed back and said: Hello Yanni,Thanks for getting back in touch about the address change of your order. We're unable to amend the delivery address your order is being sent to. This was delivered on the 11th August at 13:55 to the concierge. You can try to retrieve the parcel from the current delivery address or ask the person at the address to return it to ASOS. If it's returned to us, a refund will then be issued and you'll receive an email to let you know. If you still want the items and they're still available, please order them through our website as normal as I'm unable to place your order for you, for security reasons. An easy way to do this is to log into your account, view the original order and then add the items you want back into your shopping bag. I'm sorry that this probably wasn't the answer that you was hoping for Yanni. If there's anything else tat you need, please get back in touch I'll be happy to help. Best wishes, Sophie I was frustrated because basically they where like I had to pay even more money to get my package on a error they made or put my trust in some strangers hands hoping that they will do the right thing and send my package back I could not believe it. I then responded and asked to speak with a manager but I got no reply back they totally stop responding to my emails.

I have been Asos customer for years. I am also a Premier member. The delivery experience is horrendous. I am supposed to get a next day delivery. Their delivery company makes no attempts to fulfil this and instead puts an attempted delivery note on the online tracking. When I contacted Asos customer service they said no delivery attempt had been made and they are not sure why. This happened following 3 days again and again. Me and my partner made 3 following orders and same thing happened again. No attempt to fulfil next day delivery and item arrives in 3-4 days time. Information on tracking will say delivery attempted. In reality when the item is actually out for delivery we get a text message informing us. I contacted customer service again and requested a refund for their Premier service that they are not actually fulfilling. Whilst they apologised they completely ignored my request. Apology is just not good enough anymore. I will not be ordering again and what a shame as I used to be a number one fan.

I've been a customer since 2011, so I can definitely say that ASOS has become absolute garbage. I've placed two orders within a six month span--Both of those orders had the incorrect size sent. To make up for their mistake, they re-sent the items during those two instances--Both replacements during both instances had the incorrect size sent again. After two deliveries of mistakes, ASOS does nothing to compensate a third time. At that point they request the return of the item(s) without trying for a third time. They no longer have a customer service team either (at least not for the USA). You were once able to email them through their website--Now, they take their inquiries through Twitter. You're limited to a certain amount of characters and you receive one or two vague responses a day in regard to your problem. They'll throw around 10% off discount codes here and there to try and make up for their mistake, but who wants to use them when you'll end up with another delivery batch of incorrect items? Throughout my conversation with them they ignored certain questions, toyed with me, and wasted my time. As an online shopper, I am absolutely appalled at their service. There was once a time where I would recommend ASOS, now I don't even want to hear the word ASOS. (I went out the other day with one of their hats I purchased a while back. Multiple strangers complimented it and I made sure not to recommend them to this company.) Tip: Sometimes an item that was already purchased will be no longer able to ship to your country. This is what happened with my current order. So in case you're thinking "If something is incorrect, I'll just re-order it." Think again. I was stuck with the incorrect size sent, the replacement sent that was also another incorrect size, and no compensation from their CS for the item being no longer able to ship to my country (the USA). So to my US customers.. Save yourself the time and hassle. They are no longer trustworthy and they aren't what they used to be. Just check out their twitter handle (@ASOS_HereToHelp). They get hundreds if not thousands of complaints a day regarding incorrect orders and more.

I have been ordering from asos for 2 years now love their products but suddenly they started sending missing items or wrong ones , I complained many times and yes got refunded the missing items no problem but got an email stating that my account was canceled and they will not be receiving any more orders from me as I have complained a lot !! As if it's my problem .. And it's not that they will not refund anymore missing items but not accepting any orders from me ! I again sent them saying that doesn't make sense and to send me their number to call a supervisor or something but they replied that there is no number and to not email them again they will simply ignore me ! And if I try to order from any other account they will automatically shut it down and cancel the order !! That is so low and a customer service that I just can't explain ! How can they do such a low thing with no reason even for a customer who has made over 50 orders from them!!! I am speechless... Truely!

I absolutely love ASOS! They have really cute clothes, and when they are on sale they are so amazing. I will say they're shipping isn't the fastest, so I would not order something if you need it quickly. They're return process is on the easier side.

ASOS is very affordable. They always have a promotion going on so you won't spend very much money. The fashion finder is my favorite part as it's very easy to find trendy clothes!

My daughter found a couple prom dresses and my son found a great suit and pair of shoes. Shopping was fast, and the one return we had went smoothly. Everything was quick and easy

Feel like their quality and selection of dresses aren’t as classic as they used to be. Prices are great. 2 day delivery is awesome. I like that they have other brands as well. App is great too!

Got my prom dress from here and had some issues. The dress was beautiful, but it took me three times of ordering it to get the one I wanted. They didnt have my dress in stock two times I ordered it, and instead of taking it off the website or saying it was out of stock they sent me a different dress that looked nothing like what I ordered. That happened to me twice and it was quite frustrating

When I discovered ASOS, I was in love with how much filtering there was to find the perfect item I was looking for. The clothing can be a bit pricey, but if you have a need for a specific length, color, fabric, of item, this is your go-to store!

I have ordered clothes form asos a few different times and I have to say that the quality is rather hit or miss. You can always get a great price, but thats because the quality is not the best for the cheaper items. They do have thousands of items per category which is nice for different options. Overall I like it, but just know that the quality of cheaper items are not the best.

I always shop at ASOS, whenever I need dresses for church, or school dances my go to is ASOS. They also have a wide variety of shoes to buy in lots of different popular name brands. I would highly recommend shopping at ASOS.

I like ASOS clothing. There are a few things that are annoying though. Their sizing can be way off and their quality of clothes isn’t so great. It’s somewhat hit or miss with this company. I have found some great deals though.

ASOS is one of my favorite online clothing stores. They have so many options at reasonable prices. You can also pay $20 for 2 day shipping for a whole year. Would recommend ASOS over and over again.

Just bought a bridesmaid dress off of Asos, and have no complaints! The description online matches perfectly what I anticipated! The dresses are slightly over priced I think, but in the end they are good quality and last! The website was easy to manage, and the checkout process was a breeze!

Love ASOS huge selection and their free return policy. My only complaint is because of the vast amount of brands, etc., I do find myself often returning because of fit or fabric. But I suppose this is not a problem as their return policy makes it easy to do so.
