Verizon is a company with excellent customer service and great nationwide cellphone coverage. It comes at a relatively high rate but for the high price point you receive superior quality of service.

Although Verizon is super expensive, it is completely worth it. It has a wide internet range across the country, and never fails me and my family. And it is even better now that they offer unlimited data.

We have been with Verizon for years. We tried other companies but kept coming back. They may not be the cheapest, but great coverage. Overall a great product.

Cell service is great. I never have a problem with dropped calls or bad reception. Using their online account is helpful as I am tracking my monthly usage in our family plan.

My coverage with Verizon has been amazing—I rarely drop calls with their coverage. I’ve also had good experience with customer service. I do feel that Verizon is a lot more expensive than other providers.

I've had Verizon for more than 15 years and they are by far the best wireless network. We have 7 lines on our bill and they even offered us family packages to reduce costs.

The coverage with Verizon is by far the best we have found for a cell phone company. It is a little more expensive than most, but it covers a large area.

Have been with Verizon for over 15 years. We live in an area where we need great coverage and Verizon is the best option. A little more expensive but worth it for me.

My family has been using Verizon for over 18 years. We don't switch plans because the Verizon network is very good in Utah. I really don't like that their usage statements are difficult to understand and when I call to discuss it with their customer service department they don't seem to know why I keep getting tons of overage charges.

Verizon has by far the best service and is always reliable. The only downside is they don't value the customer and is no longer compteitive with price which would make a user leave and switch to another carrier.

My phone uses Verizon, and I love it. I have unlimited data and it never slows down. I have heard of other companies doing that, but Verizon doesn’t. It is great to have.

Pros: Great service (rarely did not have service) One bill w/home service Cons: Unlimited data is not truly unlimited Dealing with customer service when you have "onebill" can be a hassle

I've been with Verizon for about 10 years and while the service is very good, their pricing is a little costly. I don't think one phone, one line, should cost $120 a month. After my current phone is paid off I plan to switch services.

Outstanding coverage. We've been customers for 11 years. I've traveled to several states and have always been able to get a signal. I can count on it.

Loved their service and coverage but had to switch because their plan prices were so high. Were customers for fifteen years but switched because the extra cell service coverage was not worth the additional cost.

Service is great. Coverage is great. Can't give it a 5 star, because it costs quite a bit more than other providers. If you are willing to pay for it, it Verizon is a good provider.

I have not Verizon for several years, and I miss their coverage. They seemed to have the best coverage to me of all the providers I have owned (T-Mobile and AT&T). The only complaint I had is they were a bit pricey.

Simply the best coverage in the US. Their prices are a little too high and they don't really know what "unlimited means." Also, for international travel they don't have as good of offering as t-mobile or local services.

Most expensive of the cell companies but i need reliable reception and these guys have been reliable. That is my only criteria. Service is OK, price is not great, but great network.

We love that Verizon has little stores everywhere so we can find one close by and get the help we need with phone issues or switching up our service. We have always gotten the help we need in a kind and friendly atmosphere.

Great company, have been with them for several years without a lot of issues. Sometimes though I do think long time customers deserve a little break too. Over all though I have great coverage and have always been able to resolve any issues or questions I have had with service or charges.

I didnt use verizon for very long but it seems way to expensive for what you get. T Mobile has much better prices for pretty much the same data. The plus of verizon is maybe if youre in the middle of nowhere but honestly that doesnt apply to most people.

Okay service, not nearly as good as they make it out to be. Not a bad price but not great either. I am disappointed in their honesty. I bought a phone with a guaranteed $150 rebate and I had to go through the rounds 5 or 6 times and finally when I threatened to take them to court for it they gave the rebate out. It was ridiculous.

Definitely prefer Verizon over any other phone carrier provider but I don’t appreciate that Verizon can be pushy and not tell you about certain hidden fees and extra costs. Service depends on where you go mostly I feel like. But overall good phone service, pretty much everywhere!

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it's not the cheapest service provider. However, I have Verizon because I feel like they offer the best coverage. You get what you pay for, I suppose.

We currently use Verizon for our family cell service - 4 phones, we find they have terrific coverage especially when we travel. The cost seems a little higher than other companies. We like how they send texts informing us on how we are doing on our data usage for the month.

The service is the most consistent of any cell provider I know. It is the only provider that works in both my hometown in Iowa, and my college town in Utah. The do, however, change their prices and policies constantly which is frustrating.

My husband has Verizon and I use AT&at and we both have iphones but for some reason he cannot perform certain functions while talking on the phone that I can- like sending a text or browsing a website. It seems Verizon limits your ability to multitask.

The service is great. My only complaint is that they don't offer any pre-paid plans like their competitors, and they seem to be slightly more pricey. That being said, I have never had any problems with the services.
