I've had a family account with them for a long time (10+ years). Service has always been fairly reliable. Just wish they honored the long time customers like they do new

Verizon is always the fastest carrier and I have tried others. The service is outstanding and if you need help someone is always ready to assist just a phone call away.

Verizon wireless offers some decent coverage across the US, but the benefits end there. They have the most expensive plans in the industry and their customer service is just plain horrible and dishonest. We were also Verizon Fios customers and had multiple connection issues (months at a time!) that Verizon refused to refund us for and also would not let us out of our contract. Since the service was so poor, we ended up cancelling anyway and were stuck with big cancellation fees for a service that never worked in the first place. Such an awful, dishonest company—stay away!

I find as I travel throughout the US, the coverage is generally better with Verizon. The pricing is fair, the customer service is good.

HORRIBLE service. Last month we couldn't even call or text. Went to the Verizon store and they simply stated ''Yeah we've been having issues but we have no idea when it's coming back up'' ... Had to go almost a week with no internet, texting or calling which made it hard with keeping in touch with work and family. Now service is back up but thanks to 5G we still hardly ever get service. Switching to another provider soon.

Their customer service has improved a lot. I have had different cell phone companies in the past, Verizon has the best signal and service overall.

I had the Triple Play bundle, and when my son moved out I contacted Verizon to drop some channels he watched so I could lower my monthly charge. I spoke to two online reps, who removed my home phone and other features without telling me that the bundle offer didn't exist any more. I ended up paying the same amount as before but with less services, after being a loyal customer for years. Total ripoff company.

Verizon has wonderful service with overall good cell service and great cable tv channels. I keep Verizon because I am happy with the service but it is a little expensive.

Very expensive, and you would think at such a high cost the service would be perfect. Not where I'm at. In my house, there are times I do not get service without using house wifi.

Very little help. Most of the time you’re on your own. Their barged are too much and takes forever to get issues resolved. Still operating like the days of old. Slow to respond.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. They say that they are the "most advanced coverage", but the truth is that the service is not great (at least not here) I end up using internet calling because mobil service calls are typically not great. 5g still not in most places. The most troubling thing is the pricing though. They give you one price for the cost of service but then add on a ton of taxes and "service charges" so you can count on your bill being 20%-40% over what you actually expected.

I think verizon has solid service and great coverage. However you really got to pay up for it as well as it is significantly more than most other providers.

Verizon works in areas that I needed to make sure coverage would be reliable. AT&T doesn’t work at my sons school campus.

They used to be a poor value but they have really improved their rate plans over the last year. Their customer service still could use some work though.

Customer service during the pandemic was terrible. There was no local help and reaching Verizon on the phone was impossible. Cost are very high for poor customer service. Switched to T-Mobile. The costs are much less. The service is same and the support is available by phone and local stores are open.

Total rip off. I was with Verizon for several years, yet every single time I upgraded my phone, I would be Promised in the store that it was a "free upgrade" and "no additional fees would show up on future bills"- yet without fail, my bills increased between $80-$120 a month! When I tried to address these changes and all the promises given to me in store, there was never anything they could do. Whomever I spoke to just seemed "baffled" and not once was my bill fixed. Horrible, dishonest company.

Absolutely terrible. Hands-down by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I sit on the phone for hours, get absolutely nowhere, have no knowledge there after because even after a two hour telephone conversation… I still literally have zero answers. For example I am fighting with them currently over a bill from the past, as I said I just switched over to T-Mobile which the customer service is better but lacks the Wi-Fi capability that Verizon has

The customer service over the phone vs visit to a store is night and day. I have had the opportunity to visit the store close to me and spend hours at least 2 on every occasion to get my concerns addressed.

They constantly slip in fees on my bill for services I don't ask for. They lie about deals they offer me. If I make any change to my plan, they somehow screw me over with additional charges that take months to sort out. I have learned not to make any changes to my account because in every case they will screw it up. Also, they do not allow an record keeping, using email for example. So that when it comes down to an argument, they deny they agreed to anything. I have had to go to arbitration to solve problem. It is a dirty business and they are masters at unfair play.
