Don Altman ,

We have been a customer of verizon since they bought our then cell service YEARS ago! The prices are higher than we prefer, however, there are rarely any reception issues. So, nothing to complain about.

Verizon is top notch. The employees in their stores are well trained and knowledgeable. I was always greeted with a smile and their coverage is beyond comparison.

Verizon has the best service and phone plans out on the market. They provide a variety of plans that fit your budget and always keep you up to date on how to save for the hottest devices Coming out. Some is a bit pricey but you get what you pay. As long as you live within your means it’s affordable.

I have been using Verizon for the past 8 years or so, but this year the service has been significantly worse. I'm not sure if it is because of the transition from LTE to 5G, but it doesn't seem to work as well anymore.

The signal is good but that’s it. The price is expensive and when there is a “new tier fir cheaper” they never notify customers about it I’ve only waltzed upon it when i complained about a charge that was unauthorized and inaccurate when i was traveling .

I have had Verizon for over 10 years and won't leave. All the others promise you things, but they don't deliver like Verizon! I tried several companies over the years and none compare to Verizon!

Best cell provider money can buy, and they know it. Think they are feeling pressure from the others and have started to incorporate add on services in some of their bundles: disney +, apple music, etc.

I like the coverage I get with Verizon, and I haven't yet traveled out of service, and I traveled a lot pre COVID19 don't travel rules. BUT I struggle with how high my bill is for just two lines of service - it's almost like you get punished for having phones that can do ANYTHING.

I had Verizon for several years. We made a trip from North Carolina to Arizona on a motorcycle and had almost no deads spots. The bill got more than I was willing to pay.

I have not had any issues with Verizon yet. The customer service has been great. I get okay service where I am at, and it is a lot better company to deal with than any other cellular dealer.

Verizon is the best cell phone coverage around. I've tried them all and they are the only one that has service in my area. They are real expensive though.

I like the online interface for Verizon and it has been helpful in adjusting my contracts and plans. Verizon is expensive and by far the largest utility cost in my budget. However, their service is reliable and in the area I live in they are only service that works.

The cell coverage is good and I appreciate that I can now call Canada for free [almost]. It's very expensive, though. I find myself getting wistful at those T-mobile commercials.

Verizon has solid service in areas where AT&T and T-Mobile don’t, as theIr towers are concentrated in the Urban Areas. So, Verizon is definitely the phone of choice in more remote areas or areas that are not cosmopolitan. My family uses them.

I’m new to Verizon after being with at&t for years. While the service is great I don’t like the way the data is priced. But they had great incentive when purchasing a new phone.

Love this service, I hardly ever have the "why am I the only one without service" feeling. I do wish the branches would do more actual service though such as screen protector placement and repair work.

When we first got Verizon they were very pleasant to work with. However lately it’s been difficult to be able to talk with a representative and they leave me on hold for excessive amounts of time. Overall it’s been alright, but there could be some improvements from their customer service.

We have been Verizon customers for about 15 years. Their customer service is generally good, there are times when you are on hold for 10 minutes or so. We have never had another carrier to judge them by.

I was with this company when it was alltel and change to Verizon...over 10 years. When I decided to close my account it was because of my bill. My phone bill every month was at least $300. My bill is always paid on time. When I went to closed the account... they tried to send me a bill months after cancellation date. It took me SIX months for them to acknowledge that I did not owe anything.

I had Verizon for for five years. Their service is top notch but their prices are higher than T-Mobile and AT&T. As the other carriers offer better cell phone coverage Verizon needs to lower their prices in order to compete.

While I am happy to have FIOs internet, and I enjoy my Verizon cellular coverage, I hate any-and-all forms of cable. And FIOS is just as bad as any of the others in this regard. The Verizon phone plans are also a pain to navigate. Overall, they provide a great service, but I do not appreciate their business practices.
