We only had one bad experience where the car that came couldn't fit us and all our luggage from the airport. We still got charged a fee. Cars coming to airports should expect luggage.

Uber is more expensive, however they seem to a better instant ride network. Was able to get a driver at the end of a game when I couldn't get anything from the companies. And the drivers have always been nice.

I used Uber when in Arizona while traveling on a business trip. We used Uber a few times at the beginning of the trip and found it to be useful, but after a few days, it was made evident that Lyft was better at accommodating our large group and also had a lower price. I would highly recommend Uber for smaller groups, however.

I mean, it's easy and convenient, except when you have to car share or wait 45 minutes for someone to pick you up. I do like that it tracks your location, it's nice to know if I'm murdered or kidnapped or something by a random driver, Uber will know where I am. Pretty expensive though

Our Uber driver was nice. The car was very clean, and it was good. Uber did a great job telling us when he would arrive, and setting us up with someone who could help us reach our destination.

I have used Uber one time and although booking the transport was easy and the experience was overall convenient, my driver made me feel very uncomfortable and talked about some very personal issues he was going through. I wouldn't feel comfortable using the service again.

When there are available drivers uber is great. However, when you are in a crunch sometimes there are no drivers or you have to wait for them to finish a ride. It can be aggravating and the price jumps are frustrating.

My first experiences with UBER was very positive, however due to its popularity their quality control has gone down significantly, to reserve a decent vehicle you must upgrade, some drivers are merely picking up customers on their way home from work and their cars are not maintained like a Taxi Cab
