Overall, I thought the app was pretty easy to use and self-explanatory. But, the driver took way longer to arrive than the estimated time. I don't know if this is the app's fault or the driver's fault but it was very frustrating. I have avoided Uber since then because my first experience wasn't great. The driver was nice and safe, but not apologetic about being late.

I've yet to have a bad experience with Uber. My drivers are always courteous, on time, and good at reading if I'm in the mood to talk or not. Some days you just don't want to talk to people and it's nice that they don't push it on you.

I have used Uber many times and I have had a couple bad experiences but that was due more to the drivers than actually being a problem of Uber. The app is great and pick up times are very reliable. I still use them after those couple bad experiences so that has to say something about Uber.

My mom and I used an Uber two different times while we were traveling and it was interesting! One driver was so kind and quiet and one driver was chatty and had been up all day and night driving. He was addicted to doing "just one more ride" and honestly I was worried we'd crash! But overall, Uber service was nice and easy to use!

I travel a lot for business and frequently use Uber to get to and from the airport. It is cheaper and easier than dealing with a car rental. There always seems to be an Uber within minutes of wherever I am, even when traveling out of the country. I would recommend using their services.

I have used Uber while out of town for work. The app is very easy to use. I like that once I arrive at the airport its easy to use and someone can get their very quickly. Every time I have used it I have felt comfortable with the driver. The price is a little high but it has been worth the money for ease of use.

Used UBER while out of town and it worked well. The app is easy to use and I liked that I could see where the driver was when he was on the way to pick me up. The one thing I did not like was not being able to choose a male or female driver. If I am traveling alone I would prefer to have a female driver.

Overall I've had mostly positive experiences with Uber and the drivers but also several that I would not give a good review to. Multiple times I've been picked up and the Uber car clearly smelt like marajuna. It was actually a pretty miserable drive for myself as well as the other people that were with me. I also get pretty nervous at just the thought of getting into a car with a complete stranger.

It’s great for nights out on the town with friends when you dont want to worry about designating anyone as the sober driver. Only complaint is that surge pricings can make a ride cost you a pretty penny, but they always tell you the estimated cost before accepting the ride. Every driver I’ve encountered has been very pleasent to ride with.

Uber is my preferred ridesharing option when I'm traveling. It's so convenient to just open the app and enter my destination. I like that I can have separate credit cards for work and personal use and that I can use AMEX rewards when I select that card. Super convenient and easy to use. I've turned a lot of people on to Uber as a great solution.

I have had many negative experiences with Uber drivers, to the point where I emailed the company and was given credit for future rides due to the unprofessional nature of some of the drivers: once, my driver pulled over to write down the license plate of a pickup truck with people riding in its bed, once for the driver cancelling my ride due to my age (even though I had a student account), and once for a driver contacting me after the ride to convince me to become a part of her health and fitness business. Overall, I’ve had more positive experiences with the drivers I’ve met, but some of Uber’s employees are quite unprofessional. I do appreciate their compensation, though.

I have used an Uber several times when traveling. It has been really useful when you travel to a destination by plane, and do not get a rental car. The Uber is usually really fast to pick you up, and gets you to your destination as fast as possible. A couple times the Uber driver even got out and helped us load and unload our luggage!

My only complaint is that sometimes the cars take much longer than initially advertised, but that's not always in anyone's control (because of traffic, etc.). I've probably taken 1,000+ rides and I don't think I've ever felt unsafe or afraid. It's an awesome service!
