The drivers are usually good. However uber itself is a horrible company. They signed me up for a ride share program that I never authorized and charged an old card from my account $24.99 a month for 7 months by the time I noticed it. They then told me they could do nothing about it even though I often spend hundreds a month on rides through them and NEVER used the program they signed me up for without permission. On top of that, I live in Illinois and the only rides I would be able to earn points on and toward would be milwaukee... Lot of help that would do me, right? Horrible customer service
