Inter-island flights are so easy with Hawaiian. They are short flights, so I wasn't so worried about comfort or snacks, but their attendants are always so happy.

Good value. May not be the cleanest, or the cheapest at times, but I have never had any missed flights or misplaced bags. I would take them over many other airlines if I had to choose because of the reliability.

Our flight was more than 2 hours delayed and then sat on the tarmac for another 30 mins before we could deplane. The worst part was waiting for strollers took so long that the entire crew had left the plane! The parents with screaming children at 2 a.m. were left to wait in the jet way. Not ideal

Hawaiian told us we were flying with them, but they don't fly the route we needed to go, so after much hassle, we found Hawaiian had switched us to another airline. We got home eventually and our bag arrived the next night.

Flight Maui to Seattle: Counter service person said - you're too late, the door is closed. We went to the gate, door was open. Got on the plane, took our seats and waited for 20 minutes for the cabin crew to do anything.

Paid a reasonable fare of 300 each way. Dealt with an unreasonable ticket agent. He opened my board bag which was under the 50lbs weight limit and charged me 150 per board for a total of $450. Never again on Hawaiian.

Average airline that promotes Hawaiian culture. The flight staff was all white and not friendly like the Hawaiian people. You can fly delta and get a better deal with the same service.
