I flew to Oahu in Feb., both trips were fantastic. My only complaint was the rude passengers that were on the flight on my return trip. Pilot asked everyone to remain seated and so many ignored that and that made me a little angry, there is a reason his requested that people stay in their seats!

Wish you would bring back direct flights from PDX-Maui. Last flight back home on May 14th I was not to please with the male flight attendant that made a comment to me " nothing like paying $5,000 for a sunburn" not knowing my skin condition...I was very pissed for most of the flight and thought this was way out of line and wish I would have got his name to report it when it happened. This guy needs some training!! Overall the rest of the attendants have been pleasant and our flights have been good. When you change the time of someones flight you should have to e-mail them...the last two times flying home from Maui I found out checking to see if our flight was on time the day before we left to see it had changed and had I not looked we would have missed our flight.

I flew to the Big Island on Hawaiian airlines and it was the best flight I had been on for a long time no delays left on time arrived a little earlier than original time said food and drinks was great as well as the flight crew cant wait until I can fly with them again no complaints here great airline .

I flew Hawaiian Airlines from Oahu to Kauaʻi. I wish all flights were like that - you go up, your in the air for what seems like 10 minutes, and then you go down and your on a different island. The terminal at Kauaʻi had free fresh guava drinks that were delicious. The plane was actually roomy compared to other budget flights. The people were very nice and helped out giving directions to a good place to eat dinner. They used to give slight flight discounts if you had a Hawaiin drivers license - not sure if they still do that. I would recommend using them.

I’ve only flown Hawaiian Airlines a couple of times. But I thoroughly enjoyed flying on Hawaiian. They might have the nicest staff of any airline that I’ve come across. Not sure if if it’s just the aloha spirit or if I’m always just excited to be going to wherever they fly. Only negative is that they don’t fly very regular routes out of Salt Lake City Utah

Super friendly and love flying with them from island to island. The flights are quick but they still give you a little water from Hawaii and a fun little snack from the islands. We had to book flights very quickly with them because another airline had gone out of business. With such short notice the prices of the flights were still very reasonable

I found the best flight on Hawaiian Airlines out of Las Vegas, to Hawaii. I bought the fight because of the price, but was so delighted with the airline that I will once again purchase my tickets to Hawaii on Hawaiian Airlines. The plane was very roomy for my legs and the staff was so professional. The food was my favorite part, and I usually don't enjoy airline food! I definitely recommend you check out Hawaiian Airlines for your next vacation!

I've flown Hawaiian Airlines from Salt Lake City to Hawaii and it was such a treat. We were able to go first class and the food was so delicious! I love how far back the seats recline to sleep. I felt like I had a mini vacation before our vacation started! I was able to walk around during the flight with ease and it was so enjoyable! I highly recommend this Airline!

Hawaiian airlines is a favorite of mine. I have enjoyed every fight I have been on with that airline. They are friendly, serving, kind, and optimistic. Their smiling service never stops. I enjoy the snacks and beverage service over other airlines. I have always felt safe while traveling Hawaiian airline and have been comfortable. This organization is high on my list for well run companies which I respect and appreciate

I took Hawaiian Airlines back when I was in junior high my family went to Hawaii. It was a very good Airline. I remember having very good experience with the airline. One of my fondest memories was getting off the airline and they greeted us all with Hawaiian leis to go on all the passengers that were traveling on that airline that day. It was a very wonderful experience I'd recommend Hawaiian Airlines to anybody.

I traveled with Hawaiian Airlines my first trip to Hawaii with my whole family. What an incredible experience. I can't say enough about the flight attendants. Sweet, kind, genuion, they very always asking what they could do to make us more comfortable. Pillows, blankets, ear plugs, earphones for a movie ?. Had conversations with us about our lives, why we were traveling where we were. Can't say enough good things. Landed on time. Left on time!!!!! The best experience!!!!! ☺

We went on a trip to Hawaii and they supplied awesome snacks that were Hawaiian oriented. Also offered a free alcoholic drink called Hawaiian Punch. Very nice people as well. Great flight

Hawaiian Airlines is a great way to fly. The planes are very spacious and comfortable. Flight attendants are great as well. Ticket agents aren't very friendly in some states (Hawaii to be exact) but the flight experience makes up for it.

I love it when I can Fly with this airline!! They don't have a hub out of SLC which is a bummer. But their service, and concern for the comfort of their patrons is amazing. They are a little more expensive but worth it!

My flight with Hawaiian Airlines was a dream. Clean, comfortable cabins were complimented by a smooth ride, which made me feel quite at ease. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I was a little chilly on the flight-although that may have worked to my benefit considering I sometimes experience air sickness.

The flights on Hawaiian air are sort. The stewardesses were dressed up, which was nice. They gave us this Hawaiian juice too, which was yummy. I wish they served water though. The seats are hard and there is no tray table or pockets on the seats. The flights are short though like I said, so it really wasn't that bad of a flight.

It was a quick flight between islands so the seats did not have padded head rests and there are no TVs but they are not needed. Service was good. Did charge us for bags, which is a bonus!

We purchase our tickets via HA credit card, booking through HA. HA books us through their partner Jet Blue (from Syracuse NY) to JFK, then on to Honolulu and then Lihue. Unfortunately, HA refuses to put your bags through if you are on a connecting flight that is not HA even if it is a partner, in the same terminal. Not a big problem on the Jet Blue to JFK leg because our local Jet Blue folks will do this with no problem. However, when we fly from Lihue back home, they insist that they will only gets your bags to JFK, where you have to pick them up and then go back through Security in order to board the Jet Blue Flight. If they let you talk to a ticket agent in Lihue you can get the bags through but they have these really mean ladies who keep directing you to the kiosks where you can't put your bags through to the final destination. I have had to get really vocal, on more then one occasion in order for them to " allow" me to see a ticket agent who will put the bags through. I have called customer service and have been told " our policy is that we do not put bags through to non HA flights". Even if it is a partner. No Aloha here!

Enjoyed the flights, on time on both ends, both flights.. I wasn't impressed with the rice dish. My lunch was missing the salad, but I did get a container of salad dressing. I'd rather bring the sandwiches back. Other than that they were good flights,

My only complaint with Hawaiian, besides the extra charges for luggage, was that if you pay too far in advance and the rates go down (which they did in my case) they make no adjustment. We fly each year to Maui and take their direct flight, which is always the best way.

Check-in "policy" is ridiculous and has no practical foundation. God forbid you get to the airport lets say 75 minutes before your flight, then wait in line to get onto the Kiosk and you are at the 59 minute mark "because there isn't enough time to board we can't get you and or your bags on", you cannot be issued a ticket. Now had you checked-in online and come in at the 50 minute mark as others had, suddenly there is enough time to let them go through the line, check their bags and have them board the plane. Most ridiculous boarding policy ever.

People are friendly and flied direct from Las Vegas. Only problem I had was when I purchased a first class ticked I could not pick a seat. Tried to bump me to a seat I did not purchase but took my money anyway. But I will fly with Hawaiian again.

I fly to Hawaii every year and I will not consider any other carrier. The only complain I have about Hawaiian are the torture seats they use in their equipment flying the Phoenix-Honolulu route. They are way too short and hard and they cut my circulation. When I descend from the flight, my lower legs have doubled in size due to swelling.

We love flying Hawaiian and do so about twice per year. lately it appears the flight rewards points have increased significantly to redeem from CA to hawaii, not sure why. One suggestion would be to charge customers to bring suitcases on board and make first checked bag free. This would make boarding and disembarking faster, smoother, friendlier and a better experience for all.

Enjoyed the flight as a whole, but really too much Hawaiian video music to watch. Food was ok, the flight attendants were wonderful. Enjoyed the free drink coming home. That was a treat. Luggage should be free though. We brought one bag for 2 people. That should be free.

We loved flying 1st class. Except on the trip home children kept coming through 1st class from coach which was irritating to say the least. They were running in a circle playing. Neither the parents nor the staff did anything to stop it.

for the most part, Hawaiian has great service. I only had 1 flight that was a long delay due to mechanical repair, then they couldn't locate the captain. Wish Hawaiian would service DFW to HNL, as only airline having this route is AA and they suck.

On the good side. You have wonderful Aloha spirit and the food service is much appreciated. The food is always good. A couple of negatives...the pads you rent for use have awful sound and I have not heard of one game offered...Solitare anyone. You do have a good choice for movies and tv shows. The reclining seats is my biggest issue. When fully reclined the seat is in the rear persons lap practically. I have never had a flight where the person in front did not fully recline and make my trip very uncomfortable. Can the seats possibly be fixed so they don't recline quite so far? Having someone in your lap for 5 of the 6 hrs is not pleasant at all.

I love Hawaiian Air, have even been known to pay more to fly with you. Feel the vacation starts when we board. Smiling attendants, they are few and far between these days. Sure, your food used to be better, and I don't like all the extra fees any more than the next person. I still keep coming back every year.
