Once the ticket purchase has been made. Ticketmaster has several methods to delivering the tickets. They can be delivered by mail, email, or through the Ticketmaster mobile app. This allows each customer to receive their tickets in the form that is most comfortable for them.

Most customers appreciate the convenience of Mobile Entry option (available on both IOS and Android devices). Customers can use their phones as their ticket. Once the mobile app is downloaded, customers simply pull up their account with Ticketmaster in the app and the tickets are there ready to be scanned. Ticketmaster can also provides these services for your own events.

Customer Service

Ticketmaster has been in business for over 40 years. The company has the most experience in ticket sales across the United States and Canada. Its customer service is reportedly very friendly and helpful. Customer service options include email, telephone, and live chat. This includes a phone line for the Deaf.

Refund Policy

Everyone worries about the refund process when it comes to events. There is no telling what could happen AFTER the tickets have been purchased. Luckily, Ticketmaster takes this into account with fully refundable tickets or exchanges within three days after the purchase date with participating events.

The refund policy also provides a full refund if the event has been canceled. If the event was rescheduled the tickets are saved for the individual who purchased them. Depending on the event, refunds may be available for a rescheduled event.

It is normal for most online ticket sales to have a convenience fee. Unfortunately, Ticketmaster has several fees on each ticket and/or the full transaction. These include service fees (or convenience charge) and a processing fee. They do not have a set fee schedule. The fees chosen for tickets are those that each individual client sets for their own venues or events. The fees can vary greatly from event to event. The other fees issued to ticket sales seem a bit excessive.

While Ticketmaster has some of the lowest prices on event tickets remember to factor in the fees when comparing prices.

I love how easy Ticketmaster makes it to get tickets! My college uses Ticketmaster for all of their sporting events and I use it for my season pass. All I have to do is get an app on my phone and all of my tickets are online and I have easy access. Ticketmaster also makes it very easy to transfer your tickets to someone else. All you have to do is hit the transfer icon and type in their email address and then it sends the ticket to them. I love that I don't have to keep track of separate physical tickets for every event but I can have it all on my phone in one place.

Ive used Ticketmaster for many concert purchases. The Piano Guys, Faith Hill/Tim McGraw, and Lady Antebellum were my most recent purchases thru Ticketmaster. The main reason I like using them is for the peace of mind it gives me knowing that my tickets aren’t scalped and that I’m not paying more than I should be for the tickets. The website is easy to navigate, or I can always go to the grocery store and buy tickets thru ticketmaster at the customer service desk. Very convenient.

Me and my friends just bought Jonas Brothers tickets from Ticketmaster! We've been looking at a of the ticket websites to try and find the best deal for the location. We went with Ticketmaster because they include a copy of their JoBros new album with each ticket purchase. That is just a fun extra thing that made this site better than the others. I wish the service fees were lower though, it makes a god price ticket a lot more expensive.
