Ticketmaster is a terrible site that we are stuck with. Example: I waited for show to open got in real quick picked the seats I wanted even were checked green, but missed by a small amount to another person. What did ticketmaster do? offer me tickets all the way in the nosebleeds even though there we close seats. In short Ticketmaster tried to dump off bad seats to me as if I had no choice. I HATE!! this company and after a life long concert going habit, have decided that if the act I want to see is using Ticketmaster as their ticket source I just wont see them anymore.

Easy website to use with a good selection of events. The only complaint I have is about the high service fees that are added onto the ticket price. I believe their fees are excessive and I don't use the service unless it is the only option for buying tickets.

How is this legal?? People can purchase tickets from ticketmaster and then turn around and resell them back on ticketmaster for a PROFIT!! I called about tickets I had ordered online directly from ticketmaster and I have printed tickets that say Ticketmaster on them but are a third party seller!!! Scam. Will NEVER order again. Please go to box office of show to avoid this and to avoid paying the exorbitant fees charged by these shady online sellers!!

The most horrible experience purchasing tickets I have ever encountered. My tickets (purchased directly from Ticketmaster) were never transferred to the crappy Flash Seats apps. I was on the phone for over 1 hour with TicketMaster and they were of no help. Luckily the venue was able to assist but there was LONG line of angry ticket holders in the same boat. Most worthless company I have ever dealt with.

It didn’t save the banking information or address I entered when I sold tickets on Ticketmaster. They sent a check (I requested direct deposit) to an address I haven’t used in nearly 10 years. They still haven’t fixed this over a month later, after multiple requests for this to be mailed to the correct address. Total scam, they don’t care about service at all, and I’ve had other issues with the app not working on game day.

I buy most of my concert tickets from Ticketmaster. My only complaint is that if I go to buy a ticket when many others are, the website crashes or fails and I loose opportunities for better tickets.

The fees are insanely high, especially if you are getting cheap tickets. There have been times when the fees are higher than the actual price of the ticket. Ticketmaster also partakes in predatory business practices, including partnering with the Yankees to nearly eliminate the ticket resale market. Sadly, if a team uses ticketmaster, they are your only option for tickets directly from the team. I strongly suggest that you look at resellers and choose the cheapest price. You don't get anything for the fees.

Ticketmaster is nice because it allows you to see who's playing and how many tickets are available, but they always mark up the price for a "service fee" even though you did all the work yourself. By being independent and purchasing your own ticket, you get charged for doing so.

Easy to use. But I have gone to concerts before where service isn’t good enough to pull up email. I recommend taking a picture of it (and barcode) before you go. Otherwise, would use again!

Wish some places wouldn't force you to use ticket master. The customer service is not helpful. They give you the runaround and in the end don't resolve your issue. You have to checkout precisely no mistakes or trying to get to them to fix anything is a long shot.

Bought some tickets on a presale and even had a super fan privilege. This was suppose to be where all the great tickets were available. However, it was not they had all of them locked out. And then on top of it all the fees they charge are a rip off. Contacted customer service and they were no help at all.

I am fine with Ticketmaster but my biggest complaint is that when you get tickets to certain sports events, you have to download the app of the team in order to access your tickets. Why not just have them on my ticketmaster app? I have to download another app just for one game? Seems backwards and is redundant.

I always feel like I’ve been scammed after purchasing tickets through them! The price is NEVER what it appears. The surcharges and processing fees are RIDICULOUS and it almost makes attending the events or concerts less enjoyable. What happened to the days when you could walk into a grocery store and buy through Ticketmaster at the service desk paying $20-$100 depending on event and just be on your way. Now it feels totally corrupt.

Do not purchase from Ticketmaster if you can help it. Didn’t get delivery of the tickets. I tried calling to get the tickets and they said no since it stated the tickets delivered. They wouldn’t resend tickets or refund my money. I’m shocked people can still be in business when they treat customers like this.

I have not been impressed with my use of ticket master. The fees are outrageous and the service is mediocre. Their terms and conditions are also a little much. I have yet to have a positive experience with them. I would try using a different method if you looking for tickets.
