StubHub has no refund policy in place for buyer's remorse. Whereas some ticket companies give you a 72-hour grace period wherein you can cancel an order for a full refund, StubHub does not.

However, if your event is canceled and not rescheduled, you will get a full refund.

Service Fees

All good things come to an end when you go to check out. StubHub requires two fees: a service fee and a fulfillment fee. These must be paid for each ticket which can add around $18 to your purchase per ticket.

StubHub is a good company to consider for your ticket purchase needs. I used StubHub just once to sell tickets. I bought tickets to see Guns 'N' Roses in LA but then about a month after I bought them, they announced a San Diego show (where I live). So I went onto StubHub to try and sell them and was successful. Put the tickets up was an easy process, my tickets were bought within a week and I got the amount I was asking for as well. If I ever need to sell tickets again this is going to be the site I use.

ZERO Stars would be my Rating. This Company needs to be held in court for their business practices. They are Liars and nobody needs to be lied too! We purchased Tickets with STUBSCAM for the Nov 1 NASCAR Race in Martinsville at time of purchase we were told we could Print or download app day before Race! That day came and when we went to log in, we were Blocked from entering our account. So on our 2 hr drive to the track we contacted STUBSCAM about this matter they told us that we did not have tickets. Keep in mind that weeks prior to the Event i received several Emails Stating that the Race was coming Soon, and to Round up your Crew for the race. Making me feel at this time we were good to go. Only to get Lied to the Day of the race. This is not okay with Me or should be for anybody else. STUBSCAM should be looked into for their Shady Business Practices.I sure this is 1 of Many Complaints Directed towards STUBSCAM and Nothing will be Done . Please Boycot this company and let as many people you know to do the same.

Bought Ticketmaster tickets through Stubhub. We got to the Blake Shelton show and apparently several people were having problems with Ticketmaster barcodes, so they sent us to the ticketmaster booth to re-print, but because they were third party tickets they wouldn't reprint them for us. $1200, missed the show. Can't get ahold of anyone at Stubhub...service is horrible. Try to find out how to reach them on their website. It's on purpose.
