The Good

  • Buy Now, Pay Later Option
  • Safety Net Program
  • Ticket Insurance
  • Selling Tickets

Buy Now, Pay Later Option

One feature that stands out with Ticket Liquidator is the opportunity to use a financing option rather than immediately paying for your tickets. Blispay is offering 6 months 0% interest on purchases over $199. Information is available at checkout if you purchase is eligible.

Safety Net Program

Even though, like most companies, all ticket sales are final, they offer a program called Safety Net that, under qualifying circumstances, allows customers to return unwanted tickets and for a discount on a future purchase through Ticket Liquidator. This option gives you a bit of wiggle room, but is subject to qualifications.

Ticket Insurance

We also like that they offer ticket insurance, though the cost varies from ticket to ticket. The insurance is offered through a third-party insurance companies, and has to be a qualifying emergency. Emergencies might consist of a car breaking down, a death in the family, or medical emergency.

Selling Tickets

As with other similar reselling services, posting your tickets for sale is free, but a 10% commission is deducted when they are sold.

The Bad

  • Untested Mobile Apps
  • All Sales Final

Untested Mobile Apps

Ticket Liquidator’s mobile apps have been around since January 2017, but they have yet to make a big impact. As of late, both the iOS and Android versions have very few reviews, most of which are negative, and haven’t had many downloads. When compared to other services like Vivid Seats or StubHub, this is a detractor.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not available. There is no cooling-off period. Despite this, you still have the options to purchase ticket insurance or look into the Safety Net program, as outlined above.

The Bottom Line

Overall, we like the many features that this company has compared to others. The standouts are their special financing payment option and the Safety Net program. Although the company's mobile apps are not up to the standard of competitors, the online plaform is easy to use and navigate. Sales and service fees vary from ticket to ticket, as with competitors. Be sure to check out the easy-to-read FAQs on the Ticket Liquidator site if you have any further questions.

Recommendation is to stick to Ticketmaster or other websites that are trustworthy. Bought concert tickets to pit bull and it was canceled to a rescheduled date. Reschedule date is two weeks from Now on a Thursday and won’t be able to make it. Customers that purchase tickets with Ticketmaster and other sites are getting full Refunds but ticket Liquidator won’t issue refunds. Poor customer service when calling and didn’t care if you miss the show. Third party which buys tickets really cheap then resells for A much higher price with a transaction fee. 4 tickets Ticketmaster will Sell for 43 dollars each bought at ticket Liquidator for a total of $510. Use this website at your own risk!!!

Purchase ticket from ticket Liquidator worst experience ever. Concert was canceled ticket Liquidator didn’t offer refund. Ticket were bought for 60% more than competitors and realized after purchase. Lost a total of $550 for the concert in the Pomona fairplex and lost big money. Lesson learn stay away from site, my recommendations is to stick with Ticketmaster, stubhub or anywhere except for third party vendors.
