Great original shows and movies. They also have older movies that are hard to find in black and white as well as Shakespeare productions.

This video service is absolute garbage! Tons of movies and shows that appear watchable but you click on them and they can only be bought, rented or most commonly just for show which makes your redirect all the way back to the home after going through a bunch of poorly made category/channel scrolling systems. This piece of crap service isnt even in the same league as all other video services.

Great selections. I love renting from this service for at home date nights, which we have a lot of since we have a one year old.

Amazon Prime is one of my go-to's for streaming entertainment. I love the options they have and that you can get brand new movies on there for cheap

I love that this steaming site is included with my Prime account. Amazon has a lot of different shows that aren't on the other streaming sites.

It's just okay. Honestly, it's usually the last app I go to, to look for shows or movies. There usually isn't much I want to see. I get it as part of my prime shipping, otherwise I wouldn't pay for it.

Amazon prime streaming service is ok. They have lots of movies and shows but they are a bit outdated. They do have newer movies and shows available but you have to purchase them or the network they are from.

Amazon Prime has a wide variety of shows to stream. It even has a BBC channel where you can find your favorite British shows. I love that!

We love Amazon Prime TV. We have cut out local cable TV, and have found everything we need for entertainment at a fraction of the price.

Prime Video has an overwhelming amount of content available. The range of content is extremely wide and should provide something for everyone.

Although it may doesn’t have as many shows and movies as other streaming services, it still has some good options for a more affordable price thanks to the student discount.

I signed up for a free trial, they charged my Wells Fargo CC right away and a month later (before the free trial ends) they tried to charge again and my bank declined the charge, chatting with amazon prime tech support they are clueless on what happen, so basically i'm on vacation and I had to cancel my card and wait 10 days to receive a new card from my bank :(

Sooo angry 😖 and sad ☹. Ive been watching a show, I'm now on season 5. Been watching my fav show for a couple of hours. Go to click on the next show....all of a sudden, they add a charge of $2.99! In the middle of watching it! I went back and all the shows I already watched (for free) now have a $2.99 charge. WTH! Really?! In the middle of binge watching?! Come on Amazon. Thats why people talk bad about Amazon for streaming. I was your last customer in my group of friends. Not any more. Whats the point of paying monthly If I have to also pay for shows? Not to mention in mid binge.

Amazon Prime has easy access features, however, many tv series and movies cost extra for rentals. Still good selection and variety within a range of time periods and genres.

Terrible customer service! Asked to speak to a supervisor that got on the phone for a few minutes then put me on hold for over twenty minutes and never came back. I hand to tell what was going on to another associate. They can be very rude and after a long day at work you just don't need the rudeness. I wouldn't have given a rating but it wouldn't let me go any further without a rating. My true rating is zero stars.

When searching for movie or tv show it is hard to see letters and takes forever to select correct letters. Maybe more space needed. They do have a good selection

We like Amazon PrI'm pretty well. The one downside is sometimes we can't stream due to bandwidth demand but when we go to Netflix, Netflix streams fine.

It is great to have a resource where I can rent any movie I want from my home. The quality has been a bit bad lately. For some reason it is usually crappy then netflix.

Amazon prime day -I loaded a number of items very quickly into my cart on one of their "lightening deals". Once I went to check out it changed all the prices. I thought it was an error so I did it several times with the same result. I finally called customer service who said that I had missed the 15 min window (which I had not missed).....thinking of canceling my amazon prime service as I am incredibly frustrated with their tactics

We haven't found Amazon video to generally have what we are looking for in family viewing, or if we do find it, it costs to watch. Netflix gets more traffic from our household than Amazon since it's free.

I really enjoy watching the shows on Amazon Prime, although they don't have a very wide selection. It is also kind of expensive. I don't like how expensive the rate is to rent a movie.

There are so many options for movies and shows on amazon! the only thing i don’t like is that you have to pay for a lot of the movies and shows. but other than that it has a very wide variety of options.

Our family uses Amazon Prime often and are always able to find the shows we want to watch. It does seem like the majority of shows have to be purchased. I feel as a Prime member there should be a wider variety of free programming.

Amazon prime offers tv shows and movies I cant find on Hulu and Netflix. Their original movies and shows rival those of other streaming services. And I have always been satisfied with the quality.

I do really like the amazon prime video feature but I also feel like there are lots of shows that are unavailable or have to be rented. "How do I watch?" is a common button and I wish there was a little more available.

Prime is nice because you don't have to pay for it directly, its just an added bonus to having an amazon prime membership. That being said the quality of the content is not as good as other streaming services.
