I had Amazon Prime for a while, and it was great, but I felt like they didn't have enough shows that would keep me paying each month. Honestly I feel like other streaming services might be a better source of money. The good thing is that the streaming service comes free when I have a Prime account for other things.

Amazon Prime has a different selection from any other streaming service I have. Easy to navigate. Not always the cheapest option as far as buying seasons and movies.

I think Amazon is still trying to get this one right. Compared to Netflix, they can't even compete. The streaming options are not as good and the platform is kind of confusing. I would much rather go with Netflix, especially with its amazing self-produced movies and shows.

Amazon Prime has a very limited video selection compared to other video streaming sites. I love Amazon Prime for shopping, but I would like it a lot more if they expanded their video selection. Most of the good movie selections you have to pay for.

Pricing seems steep. Often could not find anything interesting to watch. Hated the only being able to see 1 season of a TV show for free after which you are forced to stop watching or pay a very steep price per episode.

every 2 out of 5 times they ask me to log in again, which is some security measure but it takesme two separate phones to do and a log in into my account. When I come home from work tired I sit onthe sofa and all I want is to watch tv , not keep getting up to search for my phones to log in. what a waste of time.

I pay well over $100 a year, but you have a lot of movies that I have to pay additional to watch. this is ridiculous. if you have to pay more to watch it then it shouldn't be added to movie list for account holders.

Tried the Amazon prime for a trial period, and after their notification that my membership has ended they continued to charge their membership without any information, confirmation, receipt, mail etc...shame on you Amazon prime. I will never use your platform again

Your quality of service has gone down. Ordered a package and twice it came broken. Took an hour and a half of sitting on hold with your agents to get another one sent out. Your agent then said to just leave a bad review. Hope you are proud of your company

I was a prime member of the last couple of years and I did realize that it's not worth at all.They don't stand on their commitments on delivery dates and cancellation is horrible.Customer service is not great.Amazon doesn't publish the negative reviews.It's only published positive and neutral reviews.I do not want to be a prime member again.

Prime Video does not truly have a large selection unless you have all the extra add-ons which can become quite pricey after a while. Also, the Prime originals are not very good.
