poor performance/paying more electric than before-alot more

Reply from Sunrun

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Keep in mind that the size of your utility bill is based on your usage. If your bill is higher than last year, you may be using more power than last year. Since your Sunrun rate is lower than that of your utility, that means you'd be paying even more for your current usage without solar. In other words, you're still saving.

It took ten months to get operational and the system is woefully inadequate. I won't recognize any savings. A big lie.

Waste of money. Savings for 1 year is 12$ ??? All promises, no results. They will do NOTHING for you.

Reply from Sunrun

Hello William N. Keep in mind that the size of your utility bill is based on your usage. If your bill is higher than last year, you may be using more power than last year. Since your Sunrun rate is lower than that of your utility, that means you'd be paying even more for your current usage without solar. In other words, you're still saving. Remember that solar is seasonal. The panels will produce more during the sunnier months and less during the winter. Over the course of 12 months, you will still be saving.
