Our sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and made sure to focus on educating and informing us about solar. When the installers finally came on install day, they did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves. I am more than happy with the results!.

The Reason I decided to go solar was because in my rush to save gas by going electric I never considered the bills for charging my car at home. After a few months I looked into ways to help ease this burden. Solar was a great answer as it not only helped charge by EV cars but also provided the energy needed for my home. I learned through my friend who just purchased solar that it would be good idea to look into both since I could stand to gain some money back. I truly appreciate the excellent service Solar Optimum provided. Our friend referred this company and after shopping around, we've decided that SO has the best deal in the market. I spoke to Sean, who provided detailed information about their service and explained the whole installation process. Everything went smoothly from start to end. Although there was an instant when there was a problem with the start up, they came through to diagnose the issue, which happened to be just a software update, and was able to resolve the issue immediately. I was very pleased with the technical support and customer service that I referred them to couple of my friends. If you're shopping around for solar installation, shop no more... give them a call! You really can't go wrong with Solar Optimum.

In an industry full of dishonest people, it is refreshing to come across Solar Optimum! They were patient and honest, and they made me feel like I was their number one priority regardless of when I contacted them. I ended up buying an LG solar system with inverter from Enphase, which was installed 2 weeks ago. I am very impressed by Solar Optimum's kindness and honesty and also their prices! I recommend calling them if you want to get solar too! We're thinking about the Tesla power wall but for now, we're very happy with our existing energy system.

I bought the Tesla Powerwall battery three months ago. I already had solar on my home, and part of the reason I wanted the battery was to optimize my energy efficiency even more so that in case my solar paneles aren't producing (like during rain and when the weather sucks), I don't have to pay for power! And compared to some of the other options out there, the design of the Tesla battery is much, much nicer! Glad I went with Solar Optimum for the battery install. They had it in stock while others didn't and they were also very helpful in getting me the rebate for the Tesla Powerwall.

They communicated very well with me. Each step of the process happened exactly when they promised it would. I had no delays. The installation crew did a great job. Once the counter was turned off ( I have turned the box switch off by mistake) the technician came and turned it on . Even that time they were very professional and courteous. I found this company on Yelp. They had a lot of great reviews and also a long history of being in business. When I called them and gave them my information a solar rep visited me at my house to show me a proposal and go over my questions with me. They began the install and even installed an outlet for my EV car charger. In 3 days everything was completed and I would definitely recommend them.

I was told to call Solar Optimum after a work friend mentioned them to me. When I met with Sean he was able to explain to me not only why solar was a good idea but could show me the cost savings I could expect to see. This coupled with the fact that i could get the system with no money down made it seem to good be true. I had the system up an running for years and from the very first month my bills lower than before.

Of all my projects around the house, solar optimum was by far the best experience from start to finish. They are thorough in explaining ever detail and prompt in execution and follow up. I got a lot more than just solar panels from Solar Optimum. I got to learn a lot about solar the process and how it worked. I had a lot of information I did not have before. It was great to own a solar system that saved me money month after month but it was better to know that the people installing my system were that knowledgeable about every step.

I am picky about how my house looks so it was my goal that when they finished my installation looked as nice as possible. Solar Optimum was great and I liked all special things they did helping me get to my goals. The team took good care of my property during the install and were quick but more important accurate with the answers to my questions. I highly recommend Solar optimum because they go and beyond to help you make the decision for your solar needs. A lot of companies out there promising this and that, but solar optimum is straight forward and won’t give you empty promises. Oh and did I mention I’ve referred families and friends to solar optimum already. So before you make that choice or decide what solar company to go with, Give solar optimum a chance . What do you have to loose. Lastly ask for Sean S. He was the rep that made me go green but most of all save lots of money by going solar, that’s solar optimum.
