I had a good friend that complained a lot about Terminix. They would come and spray all around his house, but he still had lots of bugs. The worst part was, was that he was locked into a contract and couldn't cancel the service.

Appointment times mean nothing. Unless one becomes proactive and demanding, excuses for not showing up or calling, you may or may not even get service. Wait times for phone calls are endless.

A technician came out to look for bed bugs, refused to inform about payment methods, looked at beds in the household yet wouldn't disclose how far along the issue was, also wouldn't offer advice.

Terminix is more about making money than helping clients with their yards and homes. They did multiple services while I was away from the house that I never requested and then demanded payment. I would never recommend Terminix to anyone!
