This company had someone come to my home while I was not there. The person went into my backyard and sprayed without me agreeing to this. I called the company and told them that this was illegal and they were trespassing on my property. The lady tried to say that they would still charge me for services I did not ask or want. Scam

Overall rating would be negative stars! Do no use this company, they are deceptive, predatory and trespass on your property. Read online reviews, everyone is saying the same thing! They don't tell you that you have signed a contract that you can't get out of, so you pay for a service that is substandard or they send you to collections.

These guys are total SCAM ARTISTS- avoid doing business with them at all costs. They run a deceptive cancellation policy: after cancelling service by phone, they TRESPASSED and performed additional service, which I refuse to pay for. Now they threaten collection agency action! AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS at all costs!!

If only they would let us give them a 0 star. Billing for services never provided calling me a liar, that the tech showed up and serviced our house even though I was home all day in the front of the house doing yardwork. I had to fight to get more than 1 baitbox even though we live on a farm. Had to perform the service myself. Horrible company

Horrible experience, they have undisclosed information and trick you into buying their contract and make you pay a huge penalty if you decide to break the contract so in the end you are forced to complete, bad overall experience with work and support.

Zero rating for this company. It is totally scam. We were told $99 for 4 times service, now they said it is $99 charge for each time. If you want to cancel the service, you need to pay $275 to terminated contract. Very bad service too! Be aware!

Terrible company to work with. Had technicians come an spray and pest problem did not resolve. Tried canceling service and was told we owe them money to cancel. This was not told to us when we signed up and was misleading since they had said we can cancel any time if we were not happy with the service.

They help themselves by soliciting others in gated communities who have not called them when they are called to service one client!! Even after being told that they are in violation of the rules of the association, they continue their trespassing behavior!!!

It is a big scam. I was told I could cancel service if I do not like it. I had very bad experience on the 2nd service because the guy came in did not do the job in the agreement and so rush to leave. When I discontinued my service, they charged me the cancellation fees twice as much as the service fees.

First two times I had to call them back.second time they said they put glandular down and there was no evidents.told me that it dissolved .That's funny fist time it rained three days strait and it was still on ground. Cancelled it next day.I don't have time for their bullshi . Do not use them unless you got money to through out the door.
