we have had the same person now at least 3 times and that helps; he knows the problem areas and how to find them. we need the person to come inside. there was one time when we were not adequately informed someone was coming and they did not do the inside care. we need to be informed ahead of time and book a time for the service.

My husband have signed the contract for a year and he was thinking that the product they use is good enough to address our roach and ants problem. The first time we have a nice guy coming to our house and we have addressed all our concerns, he asked to give some time for the product to work. What was fair enough. Exterior ants was still coming back and roach this walking in the house as they owned the place. Lets give a shot for the second time service, and we gave them a second shot and we waiting for the product have "effect". Today, I had enough... the product is not working for us. So, I gave a shot to call customer service to cancel, not to coming back to treat, because if it was something that have worked for the first time and the second time we had a problem was something else. Of course, all customer service that are able to cancel were in a meeting and they were not able to speak with me. I have tried to tell them that I will pay the cancellation fee, but not for the wave discount, because I was not happy with the product and the results. I don't want they come back every time to re-treat and re-treat and this mean time I have to buy mine own product to spray... What a waste of time and money.

I have been overall pleased with Insight Pest Solution’s services. They came to the house to rid it of spiders, roaches, you name it, and, as of now, no longer have issues with crawling critters, although I have been told that their services and spraying don’t kill bugs just push them out… their customer service has always seemed satisfactory to me as well, so generally pleased with Insight Pest Solutions.

Very thorough in their work for the house pests, bugs, etc. . . .have not been able to control, reduce or eliminate the moles from the yard. Problem at the end of last year was as bad as ever.

The tech that came to my house came one time and never came back 5 months later I get a bill that says I owe about $600 dollars so I called the company and explained to them that the tech only came one time and I paid for that explained to them that I had security cameras and that I could pull any date up to year and show them they did not come to my home so I was told that it would be taken care of then I get paperwork from a collection agency telling me that they are going to ruin my credit if I don't pay for services I did not receive this company is a scam they get you to agree to services you will never get then when you don't pay because they never came they lie and say they did then turn you over to collections. Collections buys the accounts from insight so insight gets a portion of the money they say you owed and the collection agency gets the rest or they ruin your credit

Tried to cancel my services about a year ago. They restarted my services without asking me. They are now charging for services at address where I no longer live. Their spider treatment was ineffective and acted more like spider food. Originally, I was getting treatment for spiders and ants which somehow changed to fleas and ticks which I never requested and they tried to charge me for it. I tried to call and cancel again today and they were incredibly rude and want another $400 to maybe or maybe not cancel at an address someone is living in. Would not recommend to anyone unless you enjoy throwing money away.
