Everybody is friendly and helpful but even after I get the treatments I do still a lot of the pests I am treating for but they are always willing to come out and do it again so overall they are good.

The technician we had here a couple of weeks ago, his name was Matt, was exceptional. He was really and well and informed and did a great job. The technicians are always very good but some do a better job than others. The service has helped us with come mice control which has been very helpful.

I get a good service for a great cost form Insight Pest Solutions. Their customer service has been adequate. They're good at notifying when they're coming, and are great at making accomodations for the service. I've seen a noticeable drop in insects around my property.

I have used them for several years for outside flea/tick treatments & been satisfied. Recently needed treatment of house for fleas brought into attic area by raccoons. They gave complete treatment & came back for touchup 10 days later to get remaining taken care of.

When I have issues with mice or ants, they give me extra traps and take care of it. They answer and return my calls. The only thing I have noticed that isn’t done well is getting the spider webs out of the window but everything else is done very well. I am satisfied with the work they do.

Insight Pest Solutions is the first pest control service I have used in the last 30-40 years that has achieved total control of all pest issues that I have had, and this is no overstatement concerning the effectiveness of their techniques. My tech Drew is a fast, efficient and effective operator, especially with the particularly heavy carpenter bee and carpenter ant infestation of my property. Two weeks after his initial treatment both populations were reduced to zero observables and stayed there for the entire year. This company, and the techs that I have met, definitely know their business, and I’m definitely keeping them on board!

I have been using insight in Massachusetts for about 3 years. In addition to their quarterly service spraying and dewebbing the outside of my house they have also made additional visits between services when I’ve noticed activity from mice, wasp, and sugar ants inside my house. Though it is a automatic service I typically call and request to schedule a time where I can be home. This has never been an issue and they always show up within the window. Each of the techs have been very knowledgeable and walked me through what they were doing. They also took special care to make sure all of the products were safe for my children and dog. The tech who helped with the mice showed me all of the potential areas they could be getting in and helped me block them as well as put traps out ensuring the traps were out of reach of my dog. When this tech came back nearly nine months later for a termite inspection he remembered he had been their previously for the mice and rechecked everything for me. I do not typically write reviews but after reading all the negative reviews I felt a need to share how happy I’ve been as a customer in Massachusetts. I can not speak for other states.

I called Insight after two other companies were unable to solve our rat and ant problem. They came out, looked at my house and located several ant colonies in between my roof and my ceiling that the other companies never found. They treated my whole house and my ant problem disappeared . They also took care of the rats. I then signed up for quarterly treatments, $43.50 every three months and no contract. For the last two years I have had no pest problems. They give me a call before they come and have never missed an appointment. I am in Seattle Washington. The complaints seem to be coming from the Midwest.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews. I read the contract before I signed it, like anyone with a monkeys IQ would do. Sales person explained everything as I read the contract with him. It IS 5 treatments, the initial IS discounted more than the quarterlies, and if you want to cancel before the 5 services you signed for, there IS a cancellation fee. When the technician came to service the home he was extremely professional and even showed a 5 minute video from the ceo explaining it was 5 treatments. I then had to sign once again after the technician went over a checklist with me. If I’m not satisfied I get free retreatments and if that doesnt work I get my money back. Simple and hassle free. Great company. 10/10 will recommend

Service is not consistent. Sometimes they dust around windows, entry, etc. sometimes they don't. I don't always get inside service and the last time I asked the service guy seemed “put off.” Service has seemed to slack from the way it was initially. I'm guessing it may not be the product but the service folks.

Jess was great and we were very pleased with his visit and information. Our first service a couple of weeks ago was not good. We told the technician that we had roaches. We were never asked about them and no examination was done to determine what kind we had. The problem got significantly worse, hence our need to call again. We were very pleased with how it went yesterday, June23 and only want service in the future from Jess!! Our overall satisfaction remains to be seen

Chris was very helpful on the phone. he explain all the service they offer. the cost, they had a guy out in two days. Neil sprayed all around the house and other places he thought might be a problem. he also de webbed the place. and sprayed for spiders. When done Neil came in and explained all the services that he could do free of charge during the one year contract. It gave me a real piece of mind. He was very professional and well mannered. The man who came today( I think his name was Steven or Jason.)was great! Very friendly, pointed out the beginning of a wasp nest I hadn't even noticed. After taking care of the outside he came in and checked out for mice, which has been an ongoing problem for us, but insight has been doing great with it getting it better. He took out a mouse for us and even brought in our recyle bin. Wonderful service.

This company is the first I’ve ever used and I’m glad they stopped by our house months ago to advertise. I tried them and they have been great. I always am notified via email and text that they will be their on certain date and they show up, friendly, respectful, helpful. They always ask if there is a specific need or no and get right to work and get it done fast. Great company and people!!!!

Couldn’t be happier using Insight. Paul And Ike really took the time to explain what treatments they were doing and why. I’ve never had a pest control company treat my pipes inside for spiders. They really treat the outside like I’ve never seen done to keep bugs from even entering. When they noticed the flies in the house they set traps in my dolls and it worked great. Highly recommend their company. Best exterminators I’ve ever used!

We have been using Insite in Massachusetts for about 2 years and I think it’s a good service. A representative showed up while I was outside gardening and normally I dislike being approached by cold “callers” but she was friendly and knowledgeable and her sales presentation was low pressure. I had been thinking of getting a pest management service so I signed up. It was a good deal and were suffering from our annual influx of ants at the time . The technicians are polite and knowledgeable. We have seen a great reduction in our wasp and ant problem. We are working on the mice but most of the problem is structural so Insite can only set traps, not carpentry. I recommend the Massachusetts operation, apparently service quality can vary depending on location.
