Luke was amazing. He took the time to explain to me his troubleshooting and also went into detail on his mitigation strategy while also showing me where the ants were coming from. What I gathered from Luke was that he loves his job and will do what it takes to make the customer happy. Thank you Luke, great service is hard to come by during this trying time.

The technician that came to my property did an amazing job. He was knowledgeable at his profession. Communicated well with my wife and I and did an exceptional job. I have had other technicians come to treat my property but I am impressed to say the least with this employee. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name. Very helpful and I would like for him to treat my property every quarter if possible. Aptive, know that you have an exceptional employee in him. Thank you.

We have been with Aptive for about 2 years and always appreciate the prompt and punctual service. Every agent coming out and inspecting our home has been always friendly, considerate, understanding. Today's agent, Ms Samantha, was beyond exceptional and for us, the customer relationship is more important than anything. Thank you Aptive for having a dedicated and courteous staff.

Initially we were told by the sales person that we are not obligated for anything after the first service when technician showed it seems that we are already set up for a year service, and I do have to say I was impressed with the technician he did a very good job around our house and amazingly we actually have not seen any ants inside since the service was performed That’s not what I expected.Thank you

I was very happy with today's service. My technician asked what the problems were, I walked around and explained the areas where I had seen issues. She listened to everything I said and answered my questions and explained how she was going to take care of the problems I was having. I was very happy to see she had a mask when she came to the door and as we walked around the house. I also tried to click on the $5.00 Wow! link but got an XML error. Please see the my technician receives here $5.00 bonus.

Mr. B was very polite, very knowledgeable as he answered my questions easily, and seemed very thorough. This was our first (paid)treatment. We had the initial treatment for free and I thought they would all be minimal like the Initial treatment. Mr. B surprised me as I watched how he treated my property and returned to clean webs from the screened area. I truly hope you have a lot more Mr. Bs in your employ. Thanks for the Monday Surprise!

Actually, I surprised myself. I don't usually give salesman the time of day, but I was very impressed with my salesman. I felt like he was honest and I could trust your company would do a good job. So far no bugs! We'll see how long they stay away. My technician was very polite and professional. I didn't see him actually perform the work, but the results have been good. I am hoping that these results last until the next scheduled spray in 3 months.

As a service, we have struggled to have our needs met by your company. That is until we were sent the service technician, Jevon. He went above and beyond to ensure that every possible solution to our issue was explored. Prior to reviving Jevon’s assistance, my husband and I were planning to switch companies. Jevon’s outstanding work and efforts have convinced us to continue to be a customer of Aptive.

Jorge is very respectful of my property, i really like his demeanor. Very nice young man. I have always requested in the past to send me the same person to do the job but so far i have had new person almost always. I would like to know the person who comes into my house even if it's just every 3 months. Please send Jorge to do the job at my house every time. Let me know when he is available and in my neighborhood and i can bend my schedule. That's how good this person is. He has the right attitude and very respectful. That matters the most.

So far Aptive has been good at confirming and being on time to appt. Nate was the technician who came out after the first technician did not complete the service. 1ST technician missed the entire leftside of house as well as various wasp nests and other webs, etc. I want Nate to continue servicing our home. He was very thorough and personable. He's awesome!!

Paola was very efficient and completed her service to our home diligently. I was very appreciative and impressed by the fact that she had a mask on when she knocked to complete the paperwork. She also kept socially distant as possible when explaining the check sheet and also when letting me know she had finished her work. I was very impressed with her overall. I would be happy for her to do my service every quarter.

Our technician, Shawn, was very helpful in answering our questions and he did a thorough job. Shawn also called to notify me that he was on his way and was punctual. We have been a customer of Aptive for several years and our experience with Shawn was very pleasant. We would like to know if we can request that Shawn be our permanent technician for all our appointments?

1st Aptive Technician performed a poor job with removing bug webs and treating my property. The 2nd Aptive Technician, Abraham M, performed an amazing job with removing all cobwebs and bugs from around the house, and treating the garden beds and high bug risk areas with your preventative powder products. Hopefully these efforts will help reduce the visible bug signs and traffic areas.

Dartagnon H came to the house and immediately got started checking the premise and spraying the outside. He paid special attention to requested areas (under BBQ and under trampoline) and even locked up my gate after completing the outside. At my request he sprayed the inside downstairs and garage and was very respectful and unintrusive. I’m very happy with this company.

The technician pictured here was very efficient, helpful and courteous on the day he was here (sat July 25). However, the guy that was with him had no mask and was coughing and spitting on the property out front. To their credit, they were taking him back to Sacramento after servicing our yard. Just a little disconcerting in these times though. But on the whole, after only 2 service calls we are pleased with the service including initial contact with Blake and first service from Nate.

This review is for my technician who visited our home today his name is Dante. I found him to be very informative, courteous, helpful and thorough. I greatly appreciate the time he spent explaining the products that were being used for this visit. I was unable to leave a note by his picture because the link for that note did not work. I did give Dante a tip after he performed his service. I would appreciate it if Dante could be scheduled for my next appointment. Thank you

Excellent experience with the person came for service but he turned up after multiple calls and consistently follow up with Aptive customer service. Extremely poor performance of Aptive in supporting customers for reservice. Thank good at least some one came at the time or next service. Worst company I have seen in managing complaints. I will not give even single star to the company but employees are good.

Thank you so much Carl for the assistance today. I was a bit frustrated with Aptive's service after the miss steps in the previous 2 visits, but your service today was exceptional. Your assistance with the rat traps and answering my questions was most helpful, and you even took extra time to assist with ants in our back corner garden. I really appreciate the help and hope to see you again for the next service.

He listened, and he took care of all the issues that were needed. The only thing he wasn't able to take care of was the rodent traps because he didn't have any, we are still waiting for those. Other than that he is the best technician we've had out so far, and would prefer him back again. He even followed up after his appointment to say what he took care of to confirm all that he did. Thank you!

Eric was respectful and did a great job with treating our new house for pests. I had an issue with your customer service because I called two weeks ago to set up an appointment before we moved all of our furniture and dogs into the new house, but never received a call from Aptive with a date until I called back 3 days ago to make the appointment. Eric was limited on what he could treat due to all kinds of stuff in the way because we just moved in. I am a new customer to Aptive and Eric made me feel welcome and offered all kinds of support if needed.

Reason I signed up is to have someone come in between my quarterly services for free. Isaiah was amazing with his attention to detail and was able to notice things I hadn't before. I called to schedule my appointment due to the uncontrollable amount of wasps around my home. I told him where to look and he went out of his way and observed some nests that I haven't even seen at my own house. Major shout out to him for his punctilious and dedication to his craft. All smiles here!

Technician today did good job on outdoor service. Was frustrating that he would not come inside house to inspect & treat active evidence of ant infestation. According to him, the Aptive office in our area has told techs not to enter homes due to red level related to COVID in our county. However, the local Aptive customer service rep who spoke to me today said there was not an indoor restriction set by the company. Thank goodness that customer service rep named Pedro scheduled indoor service for my house next Monday. Very grateful to him. Please consider more consistent communication to branch office teams.

My initial contact with Salesman was positive. He,JAKE, answered all my questions and gave a first class appearance. He was brought from out of state and ,of course I was leery about that. He continued to answer forthrightly,so I allowed service to come the next day. The next day another young man appeared, again from out of state, he again answered my questions. This company seems to be a company that I want to continue have servicing my home.

My initial service was schedule in June but I rescheduled it for July 9 so that I can have in-home service as well. The two men, Eric and ? were very polite and they did wear protective masks which I appreciated. They introduced themselves and showed me the information that I had registered with Cameron whom I saw a few days ago and signed the agreement. They explained what they would do and I showed them around the outside of the house We discussed various points and I left them to continue. They seemed to do a very good job and I am looking forward to having them back in 20- 40 days.

Both the sales person and the technician were well groomed, very courteous and easy to talk to. I walked the perimeter of the property with both the technician and the sales rep and they told me exactly what they were going to do and what I needed to do to make the job the best they could. We have a dog and the tech told me to make sure he was kept inside at least 2 hours after the treatment to make sure he would be OK. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the service so far.

The two technicians that have been to my home have done a great job. Now, what I am questioning now is that this note on my receipt. I asked Toby when he arrived if you guys had received an email/text I sent asking was it too wet to spray. He said No...it was not and that he had even sprayed in the rain. Well this note probably should be modified if you can spray in the rain....this note is not applicable.***PLEASE AVOID UNNECESSARY CONTACT WITH MATERIALS, STAY OFF TREATED AREAS UNTIL DRY. Although the job was done well...I had to survey my home for some improvements being made this week....with that I found that their are still several cocoons, which has been stated by both technicians that they were removed. Not a dissatisfied customer, just want the notes to read as it is. Thanks, Carolyn

The customer service was great. I just happened to stumble across Aptive while searching for services through google. I submitted a request for a quote and within 15 minutes Jeff contacted me via phone. Jeff made it very easy to make a decision to use their service. The technician came the next day and was so thorough with the treatment. As stated, there are no hidden fees or additional costs. All contracts and resources are sent by email in a timely manner. I am a new customer. We will see how the treatment goes. So far, I have encountered ZERO issues and I am pleased.

So far so good! We just signed up yesterday and the technician was here this morning as promised and applied our first treatment. He was courteous and professional and finished with half hour as he had said, completely the tasks and then letting us know what he had found and what treatments he had applied. So far I think that the service is great, I like what I've read about the products, and the company and now it's down to seeing how it works. In the future I hope to rate the effectiveness of the products

Your Technician Kris B is quite an impressionable young man. He started establishing rapport the moment we met. I thought having some experience with pest control Kris couldn't tell me much that I didn't already know. Kris not only educated me concerning several things, but my wife as well who was sitting close by listening to our conversation. My wife and I are satisfied we had a component technician. If he's not considered for the $5.00 bonus, I'll gladly give it to him myself.

Technician Corey B was very polite and professional. I asked him to respray around the perimeter of our house and garage and also spray the perimeter of our yard by the side fences and back wall. There were several large cockroaches that were living in the garden mulch. When I returned home later in the evening, there were dead or dying roaches both in the yard and on my patio. Thank you Corey! Thank you Aptive for agreeing to reservice my home.

Kelton arrive about 10 am which was perfect since we sleep in longer than usual. He wore his mask the entire time at my home. I showed him places to spray in the kitchen, utility room, both bathrooms and specific areas outside. He did an excellent job at everything. Now the proof will be in how effective the spray that is used works on keeping ants and roaches out of my home. They have both been the proverbial pets this past month, especially the ants.

Excellent company. Always available when reaching out and schedule visits. Very organized and proactive in notifying before arrival for treatment. Friendly, very customer oriented and knowledgeable staff that spends time explaining the treatment with recommendations. Very thorough treatment. Our technician this quarter was Sergio M. He went above and beyond any previous technicians. He went so far as to treat underneath our backyard patio furniture without me asking him to do so. Additionally, he made me aware that a bat was perching near our front door which he was able to determine from the specific droppings, and he gave me recommendations to deter the bat(s). If I can request a technician for future treatments it would be Sergio.
