Received a reminder text and call to confirm the initial service appointment. I liked that Carlos P, called me to let me know that he arrived early and would wait until I arrived before starting so that I could get a chance to meet him and he could walk me through the various services and treatments that he would be performing. Since this was my first experience with Aptive, I have to say that I was very impressed with Carlos' patience and precision. He also left me a card and magnet with contact info in case I needed to call him if I had a question or concern later. Overall a very positive experience.

I got my first treatment last week and I actually saw spiders and bugs running for their lives. The gentleman who came out was very nice and explained everything to me and worked very hard, it was a hot day! I don't remember his name... Found it: Justin O****** I hope to continue to enjoy their service and look forward to working with them! Jay C

Jonathan was the technician who did our initial service. He represented the company really well, his professionalism and his work demonstrated it well. I’m glad that my son in-law had mentioned to me about this company and how pleased they were with them. And I’m glad that we did too. I’m sure we won’t hesitate recommending this company to our friends and neighbors.

Great company and easy to work with. I scheduled the appointment over the phone which took less than 2 min. They accommodate me with the only day I was available, which I appreciated. Ronin was the Professional that came to service my house. He was very professional and patient to our needs. I mentioned we have scorpions in the garage, he placed multiple traps in the right places. He serviced the house inside and outside, even though I initially requested only inside the house. 2 thumbs up to Ronin and Aptive.

My neighbor has been suggesting that I sign up for Aptive services because of the great results they have been getting for their treatments. I happen to be at their house a week ago while a tech was doing a routine visit. Darrion was the tech there that day and he was so knowledgeable and took so much care in his work. He made a believer out of me. I am so impressed with his work I hope Darrion can me my tech when I sign up, or at least a tech of his caliber. Cant wait to sign up.

I live on Country Club and observed one of your workers working around a neighbor's home. I was able to talk to the young man who stated his name was Darrion and he gave me very good, and useful information about the company, what they do, and how it helps. I would just like to say it was pleasant speaking with him and I will be reaching out to book services very soon.

The technician that provided my service today, (Mr. Brandon G), has been to my home and serviced my account for the last several applications. What a great guy. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and his company and goes over and beyond what anyone would expect. I really appreciate his hard work and truly enjoy being a customer of Aptive Environmental. Kudos to all. Great job.

I am VERY happy with staff in the field. Never a problem. Have had quite a few problems with the office. Sevral times they did not give correct info to the people that are sent to the house. In this situation, I specified that the problem that I needed service for wasps in the attic. They sent the person out without a suit to protect him, so he couldn't perform the service. Then I was told that I had to wait until Monday for someone to come back. That is unacceptable. I made that appointment earlier this week. Finally I got the guy in the office to send someone out today. The service was completed today. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic. I unfortunately cannot remember the name of the young lady who came to our door for our re-service. She was extremely through and walked us through everything she did including taking down a large paper wasp nest! So very appreciative of her diligence. Her customer service restored my faith in the company. I will be contacting Aptive to find her name so I can update this review with proper Kudos.

This was our second part of the first treatment... had already noticed a lot less spiders around my outside lites... but had Taylor spray again for bugs and put out more slug bait... she also showed me the rat bait trap and that it had been being used!!!! Yay! A dead rat is a good rat! Don’t see them but know they’re around... she also put out another trap in a different side of my yard because of neighbors.... so far sooo good! Thanx Taylor, she’s very informative also.

Our technician was Eric O and he presented himself in a very professional manner. He called us to let us know he was on his way and when he got to our residence he informed us of the service he was going to provide. Eric finished in a timely matter and let us know when he would be leaving and that we would receive our notice of service and invoice by email, which came promptly. Great Service

Marcus and Billie went above and beyond for me. When I asked them to treat entire area of grass and rock beds they didn’t hesitate and did it, no questions asked. I told Marcus I caught a couple rats in the rat traps Aptive provided me and I told him I took care of it. He insisted that he could go up in the attic to make sure the trap was good if I was okay with it. Both Marcus and Billie were positive and I could clearly see they love there job.

We are sooo over the top pleased with this technician and asked him to please come back. He took the added time to answer all of my questions and concerns and went above and beyond to explain. He couldn't have been more professional, helpful, KIND, empathetic, and personable. We do hope that we get to have him back!! We have had some techs in the past that were causing us to lose trust in Aptive. Actually, we had agreed if this didn't go well, we would switch and he saved our account for sure!!! He definitely earned our lost trust back!

Matthew E. was very professional and explained the overall pest control procedure. He clarified the type of product being applied along with safety concerns I had with the ingredients. Matthew E. treated my property with respect by wearing boot covers and not spraying in rooms that were occupied. He was very thorough during the application process and made clear the type of insects they were targeting for this visit. Matthew E. entertained my questions at each phase of the process and never became annoyed or attempt to ignore them. He is a highly skilled technician.

We talked for a little while and he seemed knowledgeable and professional. I showed him a couple of areas around the foundation that needed attention. Ross worked efficiently , I was confident in his ability.

These guys are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I've spoken to at least 4 different employees so far and all 4 showed the same levelnof work ethic. The products are great too. After my first use, i saw a 99 reduction of pests. That 1% may have come in from outside - there's no way to tell. This result was without them treating the inside of my house which is part of the package.

Dan the Bug Man's cold Segway call at our curb as I was watering sod started what has proven to be a satisfying working relationship. Following his seasoned sales prowess with a customer centric style, he turned over operational reins to Javon to enthusiastically execute the plan. He, the GM and I chatted about the scope of our property and decided Super "J" would treat the home and environs first, following up Monday treating the more expansive grounds, which he did. Javon should attain a 5-star rating after displaying his audition performance was not a fluke. I think he's made of the right stuff!

On our first visit, the Aptive Tech took us thru a thorough inspection of our house and provided recommendations for repairing critter access points. He found many we hadn't seen. Besides doing a total spray outside for bugs, he placed several traps in strategic places. We caught a huge rat within 3 days. On our next visit, he checked the other traps, including several in the attic, and found no further victims. We haven't seen or heard any rats since. We are VERY pleased with their service.

Mr. B is super!! I so hated the bugs appearing in the furnace room in the basement, and I had set several bug glue papers in that room to catch them. Mr. B sincerely listened to my paranoia about bug-surrounding-furnace, and he kindly surveyed my glue papers, and he immediately figured out what those bugs are, and assured me with saying that all the bugs are typical bugs and his treatments would work for the bugs. And yes, it's almost 3 weeks passed, I don't see them!!!! Yay!!!

Treatment was done on 08/03/2019 and by 8/06/2019 my ant infestation was gone, Aptive Environmental's pest control products worked! Dean H's thoroughness in his application has left no entry point for those pesky ants to gain access to my residence, plus he removed numerous cobwebs and mud dobber nests. A very good start to a new service, thank you!

Tom (?) was just out to my house on Thursday and went above and beyond by checking and cleaning a trap in my crawl space. I had asked about that service when I was approached about switching from the company I was using, and was assured that crawl space traps would be checked. So I switched to Aptive, as I didn’t think my service did bug control, too. But the crawl space hadn’t been checked. Tom was not prepared for this (I had called earlier to ask to have this done, but that note was not flagged in my account), nevertheless, he went down, cleaned the trap and reset it! Thank you very much, Tom! From: Carla B

Devon B did an outstanding job. Introduce himself, explained what he was spraying and type of insect he is spraying for. He listened to any issues I had, spiders, and said he would spray areas he feels where the spiders should be. Offered his services if any issues come up between now and my next treatment. Let me know he was finished and would be leaving. Thank him for me.

I met two Active employees and both were very good. Brady h was the sales rep that I had initial contact with. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and had a nice personality overall. Corey is one of the most professional Pest control service technicians we have encountered! He is very knowledgeable about all the service your company provides and was able answer all our questions. He made sure we were very informed about future services and most of all you could tell he really cared about our pest problems! To watch him work made me and my husband know we were in Good Hands (and it not Allstate Hands ) it’s Aptive! We are so excited and we have not had one bit yet! Dean, a manager with the Laurel MD office, stopped by my house to let me know they'd be treating my next door neighbor's property and signed me up for the service as well. The deal he gave me was great; he was super professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I just had my first treatment by Ron Smith, and he exhibited the same level of professionalism. They both answered my questions quickly and efficiently (and their answers were consistent!), and they both let me know what I can expect for next steps.

Was contacted by aptive and offered $50.00 amazon gift card for booking service. I booked a service and scheduled for following Monday. They did not show up. Called and sales person, Jake, did not schedule like he said and did not provide gift card. Aptive responded by sending out Taylor at the end of day Monday and she did great! Thank you Taylor. now if they would send the promotional gift card.

The you g man seem very knowledgeable about my wasp problem. He suggested I pick up the plugs of dirt (results of my aerating my lawn 1-1/2 weeks ago) as wasps could be using them to build their nests. I did that last night, after the wasps settled in for the evening. I have seen a few this morning but not as many as the last week+. I am praying the problem will be solved with the spraying and my cleaning off the plugs. Time will tell. Thank you.

Jonathan was the third technician to treat my sunroom for a spider problem I had been having. He was determined to eliminate this problem once and for all. Like the other technicians, he was very thorough and professional. I was very satisfied with Jonathan and have been with each technician that has returned to treat for the same repetitive problem. Aptive has lived up to its commitment to customer satisfaction. So far, to date, no sign of the spiders. Thank you!

We’ve been an Aptive customer for a couple of years now. Recently we noticed a few wasp nest’s under our back deck (which is low to the ground, so not the easiest to gain access underneath). Yesterday, technician Brandon W did a great job of not only killing the wasps, but also knocking down 3 separate nests for us. Very professional and courteous as well. Megan M.

I like the concept of this environmental pest control service, and I'll see this first year how well it works, how thorough the quarterly technicians perform their service, and then make a determination about its value. I loved the "initial service" technician, Justin O (or Q?), who was pretty thorough, spent plenty of time, had credentials and knowledge, and was extremely amiable. I value the offer and guarantee of free "in-between" service calls. I'm very skeptical about the "less then obvious, though explained upon asking" business model of the heavily discounted initial service fee (with what appears to be an extremely jacked up list price), followed by the "essentially" required quarterly fees … and wonder if the follow-up visit, only 1 month after the initial treatment (which is recommended) is REQUIRED … and if so, will Aptive attempt to charge me for this next 1-month follow-up call? … which is NOT “quarterly” pricing or service, and would be deceptive.

I was a little hesitant as we signed up for Aptive with a door to door sales person. We've been battling ants in the spring summer for the past seven years. Treating ourselves hasn't worked well, so we agreed to sign up. The technician came the next day for our first treatment and we have not seen one ant since. While we have a contract for one year for quarterly treatment, I'll continue using them long after that contract is up. Thank you, Aptive!

Ladarius took the time to ask me where the problem areas were, treated that and surrounding area just to make sure we were able to get this problem under control. The Aptive tech, Jay F, arrived yesterday to perform a quarterly treatment. Because it was summer time and some other factors, I requested that Jay take some extra care in the removing any harborage or nest activity found on front, back and sides of our home. This he did, and he even went so far as to re-visit the interior of the garage and screened-in back porch. Thanks, Jay!

Courtney was amazing! He was the best technician I have had come here since we started the service with aptive. He first called and said he was coming early in the morning but I had a sudden change in childcare plans and needed him to come later. He gladly said he would go to another home first and then call to check back with me on my status. He did just that and came when I was home and had dropped my daughter off. Then he did extra work to clear cobwebs off the sides of the house when I requested it. He was very kind and a great technician! Send him again next time!

Your technician came in and did a fabulous job at removing a large wasp nest located between the window and the storm window in an upstairs bedroom. Today, Ivan came to service my home. He did a fantastic job. I’ve had recurring problems with spiders and told him (this was his first time here). He spent 3 times longer than any former Aptive employee has treating and webbing all areas of my home. Yay! I was extremely close to cancelling Aptive until this young man came today. He asked me to give the treatment 2 weeks, and if I still had problems to call Aptive ( I’ve done this in the past for courtesy retreats, but the same guy came out and didn’t fix the problem...until Ivan came.) He also told me what to do if the fleas are not gone within 2 weeks.
