I’ve battled bugs for years as the house backs up to a field. We get everything. Finally broke down and called in professional help. First spray was this past summer. Good results. My next spray was scheduled for November. I called to move it up and instead they came out for a follow up spray and said see you in a month. No extra charge. Great company. Great experience.

Rep John arrived on time. Rang our doorbell to advise the he was from Aptive and arrived to do our quarterly treatment. John was professional, advised me what the process was, confirmed what was to be tasked. He continued to accomplish the treatment of our home. Upon completion of the trestment, he then announced it was done and asked if I had any questions before leaving. John was on top of his game, polite, professional and a calm, knowledgeable representative for Aptive, One of the Best!

Aptive comes out when needed as well as scheduling quarterly treatments. Brendan D was extremely polite, called prior to coming and even called my preferred number when he couldn't reach me on my cell phone. As I had seen a FEW insects in the house, he treated the interior as well as the exterior and also treated the garage for spiders, as it is now Oct. and it's time for these critters to look for a warm home.

We had sugar ants and Centurion B attended to address this problem. He was very meticulous inside & outside the house. What a pleasant & courteous employee you have at APTIVE! He called 30 minutes prior & called when he arrived. He followed my request since we have two large dogs. Centorian wasn’t fearful of our dogs either. He was very articulate about protecting our pets after he treated the areas. I hope you do whatever you can to keep Centorian on your team! It would be nice to have a familiar face every time our service is performed.

Mr Grover C from Aptive presented a professional image for the company. He arrived on time. Discussed what he was going in accomplish and answered any questions that I asked. He efficiently applied the product to the lawn for the day. A second visit was scheduled for a follow up visit. He was professional in his demeanor, polite and to the point with his service. He is an example for others to follow.

This is an excellent service! I have been using them fir several years and am very pleased. The technician, Carlos G., was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He listened to my needs and was very helpful in explaining new regulations. He answered all my questions and notified me when the job was completed. I have had other services perform similar work in the past, but I am the happiest with this company because I know, they guarantee their work.

This was the 2nd application since we came back to Aptive and actually was the completion of the 1st application. Chris was the technician and clearly made a concentrated effort to make sure that everything we expected was actually completed. Even though we had not scheduled any in house application, when asked about keeping the stink bugs out this winter he offered to come in and spray around the fireplaces that had historically been entry points for the stink bugs.

Humberto was incredibly nice! He texted ahead of time to let us know he was coming and we met him out front. He paid attention to detail and took care of every problem area, even going over our shed out back. Aptive has been an amazing pest control service for us for the past year! We haven't had any noticeable bug issues at our home since using them.

What I liked best about the company is that I found out that they do have a tech working for them that knows what he is doing. I was fortunate enough to get that tech, Mr. Phillip B, on my forth service appointment. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to me what he was doing and why. What I didn't like about Aptive is simply that, they were not all like that. I was impressed with Mr. Phillip B. - Robert T.

I've been with Aptive Environmental for over a year now and this company is great! Today, Centorin B came to do my quarterly treatment. He knocked on the door an explained to me everything he was going to do and what I needed to do to keep my pets and kids safe until the treatment was complete. He was also familiar with some of the plants I had growing to make sure none of the treatment got on any of them. He even cleaned the cobwebs on my porch! Great company, great employees. Highly recommended! Lou H.

One of their techs - Robert R - has been especially impressive and we have asked if he could be our regular service tech. Robert is professional, thorough and makes sure the services are addressing our needs. Incredibly nice guy on top of all that. Highly recommend Aptive and Robert!

Today it is a 5 because I finally got a tech that listened to my issues with the spiders and treated it properly. In the past they have just ignored me and have been in and out in 15 minutes. There is no way you can treat a 4000 sq ft house on 2.3 acres in that time frame. This guy was here for well over an hour and did an excellent job. I only want him in the future!

This is my third visit from an Aptive representative and I have zero complaints. I am new to being in control of a pest control service and each time they make a point to explain what it is they're about to do and ask if I have any questions. Today, John E was the representative sent out. Extremely nice, knowledgeable about the product and even did a second sweep of the front of my house after I said how much I disliked spiders. Great pricing and great service 100% recommend the company!

Before spruce arrive I received a text from the employee named George that he would be at my house in 25 minutes. I told him that was great and that the baby had just fallen asleep to please do the outside first, he agreed and text when he arrived instead of knocking and waking up the baby! He was very polite and respectful explained what all he was going to do and got it done quickly & when it was time to come inside he whispered to make sure he didn’t wake her. Having someone be very respectful and polite when doing a very hot job was awesome! Definitely 5/5 stars

Aptive is easy to schedule, they return for treatments if needed, and have very knowledgeable technicians. Our technician, Durell J. did a great job. I was more than pleased with the Aptive service.

We spoke briefly, he was courteous and informative. I asked if the rain we were having would affect the treatment, but he informed me that since the chemicals are mixed with water, it is not a problem.

We have used a price for a few years now. Very great service. We generally don’t see any bugs alive, we just see the dead’s ones occasionally. Recently we had Rich out to service our home. Rich was so knowledgeable about his product and where bugs tend to live. He was so professional and I really enjoyed learning a bit more about pest control. I know many of their technicians are great. We love Rich and aptive because I really do not love bugs!!!

My Aptive specialist name is Joseph A. and he was great. Very pleasant genuine person that likes what he’s doing and is great with customers. He’s did the early spring pest control and was very detailed. I asked him to treat and spray the garage and he was happy to. He first swept all the cobwebs everywhere and then sprayed. Best service ever. Thanks from Jeff Duce

This was our first time using Aptive, I was excited for the amount of coverage your company covers in my yard. But I was a little disappointed after talking with my husband. He said he had to ask the tech if he was going to spray our elephant ears ( back right & left corner of back yard) and our shed. His response was “ya I can do that”. Not yes I was planning on doing that. So my concern now is do the techs not do everything the sales guys told me he was going to do. I was told I would get coverage from the front of my yard to the back, that’s what I found different about your company and why I went with you guys. If this is not the service you provide I would like to cancel. I do not want to have to watch the tech while they are hear to make sure we are receiving the correct service. I was not in need of pest control but was willing to give it a try for those reason. Please let me know your thought before the next service.

#1. Christian is was superb!. He's knowledgable and explains what he will be doing and why. He went above and beyond in helping me get rid of the the mice in my house. He represents your company very well and so I give you a top rating because of him. Thank you Christian I would prefer that you be the person who does my six month treatment. You are. AMAZING #2. The appointment people are nice but it takes someone in an authority position to arrange the pick up for the mice. Their first response --you'll have to wait 2 days. You can have a dead mouse in the closet and wait two days. Thankfully I persisted to talk to someone who could make that arrangement.

Toby did an excellent job yesterday. He was early, and was very attentive to my needs. He went all around the outside of my house looking for openings that rodents could get into my house. Toby also looked up in the attack(as well as he could considering it was a tight fit) to see if he could see any holes in the roof. Toby then proceeded to lay traps everywhere from the outside to up in the attic. He explained what he did, and then gave me some copper mesh to put over a hole that he found on the back of the house. Thank you Toby, and keep up the good work. Regards, Elissa Watson

Really appreciated that today this technician explained to me on how to take care of the issue I was having today. The fact that he showed concerned and understood how I was working from home and he didn't interrupt instead he talked to my 20 year old daughter and explain to her what he was doing. I was very comfortable with him and appreciated all he did. In all honestly the experience from the time he rang my doorbell and stepped 6 feet back and still show concerned I was really grateful for that.

Everything was done just as it should be. No problem except getting a notice someone was coming about noon on the day of service. This should happen a few days BEFORE the service. NOT at noon. The tech is A++++. Glad to have her. Oh, also when I called near 5pm to reschedule because the tech hadn't come yet, the person taking the call was friendly, efficient and easy to work with. Had a retreat of my bait boxes five days after the tech had serviced our property due to scratching noise in my walls the previous night. Aptive sent out a tech the next day after my call regarding the noise in my walls. He found one of the bait boxes empty so I’m glad the boxes were refilled. My only question is did the rats(?) eat all the bait in 5 days or did the tech who serviced on the original date missed that box which happens to be the closest to the area where the scratching occurred. The tech who followed up was very knowledgeable and suggested that I request for a monthly refill of the boxes especially this time of year. The service is free and part of your agreement. All you have to do is ask for it.
