I figured they would be a good company to go with because of the way their ads were written. The button is very sensitive to what happens around you. If you fall, bang it, or even just squeeze it against a chair or something, it will come on and ask you if you're hurt. Because of that you shouldn't wear it to bed. If you have it on your chest and turn, you might accidentally set it off. If you're asleep that won't be good. That's why I don't sleep with it anymore, I just lay it right by my bed.

I didn't know how to use my device, so I called the company up to ask. They said I should just push the button to test it. I did, and somebody came on and talked with me. They asked what my problem was, and I just let them know I was testing it with their permission, and so it looks like it would work. They were right there with just a click of my finger, and answered my questions. If I can find a friend and they need this service, I can recommend that.

My husband passed away recently and I'm living by myself now. I just wanted it here to help me if needed it. I got this one because it appealed to me. After I got it and set it up they were very helpful in explaining everything to me. They went over everything. I haven't had to use it yet but I wear it and take my mobile unit with me when I go out.

We had a different alert system that was nasty and costed a whole lot more. When we switched to Mobile Help we basically got more product for less money. We have a fall detector, a GPS unit, and the door lock thing. They were very nice when we talked to them. They helped me through everything before I even got the product. The person that wears it has the GPS one on whenever we go out. During the day, she wears the necklace. It covers everything.

I checked with other companies and this one worked better for me since I don't have a home phone to connect it to. It was very easy to install; I was able to do it by myself. The person that I talked to did a wonderful job and was just excellent. It's working well for me. I'm most concerned about falling at night time or when I'm taking a shower. If I wake up in distress and need to call the paramedics, it's much easier to push the button than trying to dial their number from my phone. It's a very good service.

I just started in the last few days. I checked what the other ones were offering before going with it and this one had a much more complete coverage. They had things that some of the other ones didn't have. I mean, it covers just about every circumstance where you might need help. It's a pretty good value, it costs about the same as the other ones but it covers you more and offers more features. I had to talk to them because of a small problem but they took care of it right away.

I found them to be a lot better than the previous service we had. Everybody has been able to explain things well to me. Things have happened the way they said they would. It all got here on time and I set it up without a problem. It was very easy. Everything seems to work well and it's very handy. I wear the pendant most of the time and I haven't had any problems with it. I paid for a year of it so I don't have to worry about the charges coming out of my account.

I saw an advertisement for them on TV. After comparing them to other companies I thought they would suit me best. I live on 9 and a half acres of land in a remote location so, if I fell, I could be lying on the floor for days before anybody found me. I'm glad this is available where I live. I feel safer living out here with a fall sensor. So far they are very responsive and they always answer any question I have.

There were 2 reasons why I got it. One was that a friend of mine and his mother had it for four years. They really liked it and she has been pleased with the service. The other reason was the price, I checked into a couple other ones and they were a more economical option. I got it connected 2 days ago and it was very easy to get that done. They explained everything very well and everything was easy to understand. They have been very thorough, pleasant, and helpful. I tested it too and it works fine.

I picked it because of the fall necklace and their mobile unit. With it, the person that uses it is free to leave her home without worrying about an accident or something like that happening. She hasn't had to push the button, but she dropped it and it worked just fine. It didn't even take a minute for someone to call back. Everybody has been really nice and helpful.

After I read the ad, and then the brochure they sent, that's when I decided on MobileHelp. The one time I had to use it, I was 30 miles away from home, and they were very prompt in sending the paramedics who came to help after I used it. The only thing I would like to see improved to make things a little easier would be for the necklace pendant to include a clock.

I think MobileHelp is expensive, but fair, so it's worth it because it's a good way to spend the money. I think it's a great company. I had used it previously, and during that time when I had the equipment, I once fell in my driveway. I thought they were very attentive to my call. It's very handy that I can use it either on my wrist or on a chain, combined with the unit I keep in the kitchen.

MobileHelp had everything that I wanted for my wife, at a competitive price. She uses the necklace when we're not together, and when we are, she just uses the watch bracelet. That seems to be very valuable. If we go out together, we take the mobile unit with us. When I called for technical help on an issue, the support person was prompt and did a very good job. It hasn't malfunctioned, and it responded well during the testing, convincing me that it was as functional as it should be.

MobileHelp had the features that I was looking for, especially just that you can go anywhere in the United States and you'll be covered. They're just so friendly and knowledgeable, and they seem to be able to take care of any problem right away. If there's a malfunction in your equipment, they'll place an order right away to send you a new piece, so you can send the old one back, and it's just really a great experience.

I'm a technical person, so I liked that they create all of their own equipment. They also had really good reviews, from what I read online. When I signed up for it, they shipped it out immediately, and everything worked out well with that side of it. I've seen it advertised, and I just called it. It seemed like they had what I wanted and needed, so I just went with it. Everything has been as it should be, just like what they told me. The equipment is just easier to deal with, but I have seen others that are little bit cheaper, by about ten dollars per month. One day, I accidentally bumped my wrist device, and right away they responded. I got it mainly because you can take it with you when you leave your home. I got really good service when I first set it up. I really needed this about year ago. I've been really good since then, but I had two terrible falls; one at home, and another actually in the hospital. The one at home led to a concussion and a broken back, since I fell out of a chair and off my patio. I needed to find a company I could work with after those incidents, so I could get help in case I felt ill or anything else bad were to happen. With MobileHelp, I feel comfortable now that I should get help. I think it's a fair amount to pay what I do. I told a friend about it, and she got it as well.

I had one of these little advertising cards for MobileHelp that comes in a magazine or a newspaper, about the part that goes around your neck, and I just called them up and got myself one after I started falling when my body became real weak. I just could not pull myself back up. I haven't fallen since I got it, but it's an assurance that if I do fall, I've got some way of getting up. They were just doing their job, and I really do appreciate having it around my neck, but I was fixing' to send it back because it kept going off at night, and I wouldn't set it off. They called me at 3:30 or 4 o'clock in the morning, and another time around 11 at night. I told them, "if you don't quit waking me up, I'm gonna send this thing back!" I told the gentleman that I was speaking with, "I'll call you the next time I need you." They haven't bothered me in a long time now.

My upstairs neighbor and I got MobileHelp at the same time. We had a representative come out to the house. He was very clear and precise, and gave us good information. We asked him probably ten dozen questions. He was very patient and confident, and that was probably the reason we did; we feel comfortable with it. When I have called and had questions, like when I wanted to switch from a white watch unit to a black one, everybody was very accommodating. My daughter has bronchial asthma, so I got the device for her benefit, especially when I'm not around. One time, when she had an attack at school, I got a call from MobileHelp to let me know that they had gotten a signal from her. They patched me in and called the school and they were all able to locate her classroom while Mobile Help stayed on the line with me. I do have mixed feelings about it because of what happened another time, though. She was out with friends and was supposed to check in with me by a certain time. When she hadn't, and was over a half hour late, I called MobileHelp customer service and asked them to tell me where she was located. They said at the time she was by the Old Navy store at the mall. I went to find her, but she wasn't there, and when I finally could talk to her later, she said she had never been there. Overall I think it's a good device to have. It's certainly alleviated any worry that I normally would have with her, and it's a good system. I think any system is going to have some kinks, but the benefits outweigh that. I'm in a town where I don't have any relatives. I don't have anyone that I can depend on, and so it really helps me with that.

I can't place a monetary value on the peace of mind it gives me just to know that when I'm not home and something happens to my mother, somebody will be available to come help her. I had looked into it on AARP and on Consumer Reports and it just looked like it was going to be the best option for my mother and me, for a variety of reasons. There have been a couple of false alarms with our fall detection service, but nothing we had to call technical support over. The necklace just wasn't made for someone quite as short as my mother, so she has to wear it really short and close to her neck in order for it to work properly and avoid more false alerts. Other than that, we like them enough that I already have recommended them to other people. They've been terrific when we've called with the false alert. They knew exactly what to tell us.
