When I called them for information they didn't aggravate me like the other companies that I had called before. Customer service is top notch. Everyone that I've spoken with has been very informative. They answer all my questions and after the set up they followed up with me to make sure everything was ok. I've been really fortunate in that I have not had to activate it yet but they have met all of my needs thus far.

I got it because I live by myself and away from my family. Customer support is easy to get in touch with. When I call they always respond and answer my questions right away. They're also nice and friendly. It makes me feel safe to have it. I know that if I need help all I need to do is push the button and someone will come and help me. It's a really good deal.

I got it because they were rated 2nd on Best Company and because it provided the GPS bit that worked away from home. That was important to me since it meant I'd be covered while away from home. I've had it for about a week, so I haven't had a reason to use it yet. The only time I talked with anyone from customer support was when I purchased the product. They did an excellent job then.

I saw it advertised on TV while I was checking around for companies like them. They seemed to fit what we needed, so we went with it. They have been very informative and helpful; they've just answered all my questions. We've only had it for about a week and a half. During the shipping, the alarm went off accidentally. They thought that we had already received the button and that something was wrong. They got here very quickly to make sure everything was alright.

I have a friend that has this and my daughter insisted that I get it too. I haven't needed the service at all, I just set it up and made sure that everything worked. I take it with me when I go to Bible study, to church, whenever I go play cards, and just any place I go to. It gives me a lot of peace of mind and makes my daughter feel more comfortable.

I looked around and all the medical alert services were pretty much the same. I just like MobileHelp's pendant and price better. Their salesman, Joe, was very, very helpful when signing me up. The pendant is not as heavy as the other ones I saw around. On a typical day I put the pendant on in the morning and take it off when I go to bed. I've only had it for a few weeks but I had to use it last week, I was happy with the results. They were very efficient. They took care of me and notified my daughter about the situation. They did everything they had to do.

They had everything I wanted and their price was decent, so I got it. I just got it last week or so. I have the option of using the wrist bracelet or the neck one. I put it on when I get up in the morning and just wear it. I can take it with me into the shower and it dries up really fast right after. I also like the thing they give you to put on your door. It has a key in it so that someone can come help you if you can't open the door. Customer support has been fine too. They have explained everything so far, I've had no questions.

I live by myself and had been thinking about getting one of these for a while but I kept putting it off. It wasn't until after I ended up in the hospital again that I decided to finally take care of my own life and get it. I haven't had it for too long but I put the watch on in the morning when I get up and wear it all day. I set it off once when I was moving the box, all of a sudden all the bells and whistles went off. I didn't know where to turn it off and it ended up calling them. I just told them it was a test and that was it. We had a good laugh afterwards.

It's a great service. Compared to other companies, the have a fair price. I've only had it for a short time but everybody has been very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They seem to care about my wellbeing and make things easy for me. Everything is simple and easy to use. I did a test call and I was pleased with the response, it worked quickly. After seeing their advertisement, I contacted them. From the information that I got, I figured it would be the best one for me. I've only had my med alert about 2 or 3 weeks. The other evening, I was stretching for bed and I set it off. They immediately came on the base, which was good. I do have one complain, the magnet on my necklace is really not strong enough. A time or two I have caught it on my arm while sleeping and when I wake up it's not around my neck anymore.

Everything seems to be good quality. The one that goes around your neck is too sensitive though. If you touch it or move the wrong way, it goes off. The wrist one is a little less sensitive and, other than that, everything is good. The response that I get when I call is good. If I go out, no matter where I am, it's always there for me. Other kinds of devices only work inside the house you know. It's a wonderful thing to have for people with a lot of medical problems.

I picked them because they had the smallest button that you could wear as a necklace. I thought that I was going to get it with a silver cord or something of the sort. Instead it comes with this black string, which is ridiculous. I've been trying to call them about that but they're not great about answering the phone. They should also have it so that I don't have to carry an extra thing in my purse when I go out. They should just have it like other companies that have everything you need to talk with them in one piece.

I picked them because they had more to offer than the other service I had. The other one didn't even have GPS. MobileHelp has a lot of great advantage points to it. It's very convenient and it works well for me. The buttons are good quality. They're waterproof so I don't have to worry about them getting wet. I wear it every day. It's not bulky compared to the other one I had. I mean, it had Velcro strap to keep it together and it kept getting stuck on things. This one is all rubber, so I don't have any problems with it. I know that if I fall I can at least get some help. There were a few times with the other company where I fell but nobody was there to help me.

The thing that made me want to have it was that my husband went into respiratory failure because he had the flu. After that, I decided to get it. I've only had it for a month or so and I'm still learning how to use it. We have the part that goes with you when you're out and about and we also have the pendant that detects falls. The only problem I ever had was when I was in the shed. I think I swung the necklace too much because next thing I know it was telling me that an alert had been sent out. It kind of scared me but they answered right away. I've learned how to deal with it since then.

The general information that I saw was very clear and detailed, so I gave them a call and decided to sign up. Everybody has been very helpful. My first and only experience with the button that I wear around my neck happened while I was asleep. I rolled over on the unit and set off the alarm. Since my hearing is bad I didn't hear anything and pretty soon I had the fire department out here trying to figure out who was injured. I didn't like the situation at all, so I stopped wearing the button to bed. I still keep it handy when I sleep though.

Anytime I had a question they're right there, ready to answer it and tell me what to do. The first one that we ordered did not work right. The second one we got worked a lot better. It also came with the wristband and the other two parts that I wanted. I have never had to use it since I got it but several times I've been lying down and somehow pressed the button by accident. They treated me very nice when that happened and tried to help me figure out what was going wrong, I really appreciated that. Now everything is working alright. We saw an ad for them in the AARP magazine. There was another service that seemed to have a fuller service for 5 years, but they did not offer the same things that MobileHelp did. I went over a lot of them before picking MobileHelp. It hasn't been exactly what I thought it was going to be. That might've been my fault though, maybe I should've asked more questions to know exactly how much the device covers. Turns out it only goes 300ft around the house. There's also an extra part that I paid for, the lockbox, that I cannot open. I've tried every which way I can to open it but I can't do it, I need more instructions on how to use it. Easy to setup. Easy to use. Easy to test. Seems to work well. Only catch was that during setup, the lights were flashing. Understandably, if something is flashing, you should figure out why (no power). BUT.... When the elderly person is confused and the daughter is doing her best to get it setup and explained, this actually slipped through the cracks. Not sure what you could do with notes and such, but maybe a dedicated power cord/supply light would be a good next addition.

I looked at different services on magazines and my sister and I called them. We evaluated each one of them and finally settled on Mobile Help. They have been very helpful and pleasant to work with. They have answered my questions though different people would give me different answers. That made it a little hard to know what to do. For instance, I asked which button I should push to cancel the call if I pushed it by accident. The man that I talked to said I needed to answer anyway. When they called me they asked me several times if I was alright and I just kept saying yes, yes, yes. For a while they would just keep on calling me and asking me if I was hurt. Most of the time I was either sitting on a chair or lying in bed. I would have to tell them that was ok and that there were no problems. Sometimes I felt like I was being smothered you know. I kept getting these calls all the time. In the end they sent me a new pendant hoping that it would stop. It just arrived and so far I haven't gotten any calls. I'm still happy about having it.
