Talked with representative Brett C and found him to be very knowledgeable on all products. He answered all my questions and then some. Very polite and to the point. Glad I got him on the phone to purchase Mobile Guardian.

I would suggest they add a volume adjustment feature. It is difficult to hear them and I know they cannot hear us from across a small room. I have a very strong voice and almost needed to shout for them to hear me when I was testing it for my Mother-in-law. I recently tested it while we were away from her home and they were able to tell me what address I was at.

Reply from Medical Guardian

Carolyn, thank you for your review and feedback. We have an adjustable volume on all of our medical alert devices except for our Active Guardian. In the future, if you are out of speaking range of the unit, or if our operators are unable to hear you for any reason, we will assume an emergency is taking place, call your contact number on file, and proceed accordingly. We hope you have a wonderful day and feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.

Easy to enroll and set up. Havent really used it yet since mine is primarily for when I venture out in the world. I do hope, however, to cultivate the habit of wearing the bracelet at home too.

Because at first things were very helpful , but the rep continued to call me daily despite me informing them that I would contact them when we were ready . We did not have time to make a decision due to our family member under going surgeries for her breast cancer . I told my rep this and he called daily anyway. I felt hounded and eventually blocked this companies number. I will not purchase from you because of this .

Noel, we are sorry that your sales experience was less than satisfactory. We would like to look into your concerns to make sure they are appropriately addressed. The customer service people were helpful, the installation was simple. With Life Alert a technician had to come to the house and run the monitor through the phone jack. Medical Guardian's device simply plugs in to an outlet.

When I called to get it set up for my brother they put in the wrong address in and I had to call back 3 times before it got corrected. This was a serious mistake that should never have been made and should have been corrected when I called the first time. They also sent the equipment to the wrong address. Then to compensate for their serious mistake they said they would credit back to checking account 2 but have not received it yet

Reply from Medical Guardian

Lucinda, thank you for reaching out. We apologize for the initial confusion on your brother's account. Per our records, it appears that a check for the 2 months was generated and sent out on 3/6. Please reply directly to this message if this check has yet to be received. If so we will reach back out to ensure that the money is correctly refunded. Thank you for reaching out and have a great weekend!

The service representatives are great! Only thing I dont like so far, is having to wait 10 min for someone to answer the phone! Only had the device activated two day, so hopefully it will work when needed!

This alert system is for my 94 yr old mother. Since we just installed the system a week ago, there has not been (thankfully) any need to request help. I do know that the operators were quick to respond when we were activating the system and testing each alert piece. Otherwise, it is too early to give an honest answer to any of these questions.

only 1 problem; I asked specifically if the Operator would be able to hear my mom from anywhere in the house and the Salesperson assured me that yes, the Operator could hear her from 600 ft away. That is not the case when I hooked up the machine.

Reply from Medical Guardian

Sharon, thank you for reaching out. We apologize for the confusion around the usage of your mother's device. If your mother were within that 600 foot range, but unable to hear or communicate with our response team, we would reach out to her via her primary phone number to double check if an emergency was in fact occurring. If unable to reach her, we would assume the worst and reach out to emergency responders. We will have a member of our team reach out to discuss how this process works more fully and answer any questions you may have. Thanks again for reaching out and have a lovely day!

We have just started with this company. All customer service representatives have been great, however, i did not like how long it took for the unit to arrive. I oredered it on 1/12/18 and it arrived on 1/27. Also, it was difficult to reach someone when i had questions or needed to make changes to our information. I was on hold for greater than 8 minutes for two different calls. .

I am never alone when I'm wearing my Medical Guardian. Becoming a statistic having a medical emergency with no ability to reach out for help is no longer an issue My long distance family is also relieved I wear it all times. My only displeasure is it's size. That is based on my ego, peace of mind for me and those I love is more importany.

I have used the service for a month. Only needed to use the alert to conduct tests weekly. The response time has decreased to about 30 seconds. The agent is always very helpful when responding and reseting the system.

I contacted Medical Guardian about services for my parents. The representative was very helpful and emailed me information. I spoke to my parents about the services and they then contacted the representative to further discuss the services. They now have the Medical Guardian emergency alert service for home and while away from home.

Do to the weather we received your product about 10 days after it was sent, but we understand that. We opened the box it came in and had trouble figuring out what we had. You sent 2 copies of a service contract we were told to make sure it was correct, it was, then we were to return it to you in an envelope you supposedly sent, but there was no envelope. I found a address which I hope was the right one and sent it off. We called the number to set up the machine but it was too late and need to call on Monday. There wasn't any thing that explained what we received, hopefully we got some of it right.

The customer representative was very informative. The brochure, which he emailed, was a bit confusing as to which medallion coincided with which service. The layout could have been better. Also, it took an extremely long wait time for us to activate the unit for my mother.

very helpful, the only complaint is that a $5 service was added to my order that was not supposed to be, nor even discussed, but when I called back, they said they will credit it back. I just received the Fed Ex tracking number and the product should arrive by the end of the week. :)

The system arrived in a timely manner. It was easy to set up. My mom has tested the system and within less than 30 seconds received a call. She says the "watch" is light and she no longer even notices it being on her wrist. The operator or customer service agent was easy to talk with, easy to understand and most helpful.

Product is good. Some of the responders do not speak clearly and it sounds scratchy. Please make sure all responders speak slowly and clearly for the hard of fearing clients. Charging the unit is easy. I had trouble with delivery because I was promised 2 day delivery and it was not communicated to fed ex. I finally got it in a week.

The order process was fantastic. The rep "MIKE" from Philly called me and walked me thru the process, the equipment and to the cost. I can't wait to receive the item for my MOM!

When our equipment arrived and I tried to get everything properly connected (steps 2 and 3), I did not receive clear guidelines from the technical adviser on the phone. I was transferred to a 2nd more senior person who contradicted the instructions of the 1st contact. I may have incorrectly connected the wires from the phone jack but the techies should have been able to figure that out! Finally, tech #2 decided that the console was defective (there was constant static on the console) and organized sending me a replacement at no charge. When it arrived, I got yet another technical person who very carefully told me exactly what to do with the wiring and the system worked fine. I subsequently had some additional questions that I listed online. The person who replied answered my 3 queries clearly and succinctly, and most important, correctly. Now everything (finally!) is working well and I think I understand what I'm doing. All this seemed unnecessarily complicated for a simple hook up.

Sales rep was informative, but not pushy. Received product when promised. Customer Service / set up was wonderful. Took me step by step thru connecting and testing process. Part of the testing was to actually set off the alarm. This was done three separate times. Call was answered in less than a minute.

I have MS and I live alone, so I use the medic alert. The service and my experience with Medical Guardian has been just fine, although I wish I would get a statement its charge to my credit card but would still like to get a statement to know when is gonna be taken out.

Medical Guardian has been just fine. I like it except for the necklace. I don't like it, it's ugly it bothers my neck. So far I would probably rate them a nine because of the necklace. I haven't had to contact them for anything other than make sure that still works.

I ordered the pendant and the watch that goes around your neck like a GPS because my husband passed away and I live alone. I think it's fine, I am just going to cancel the GPS when it comes. I don't want it yet. Everything's been fine the only complaint I have is that it takes a long time to answer when you push the button, but everything is fine.

I found Medical Guardian through a Google search. My mom fell and was alone so we decided we needed to get something for her. She has the Medical Guardian necklace and base unit so that if she falls, she can call for help. My experience with the sales representatives was good and the equipment has been fine.

With Medical Guardian we did not have to deal with much sales. We needed the product and went right to the source. It was easy. The equipment was easy to put together too. I can't think of any complaints right now. The thing has been doing what we wanted it to do.

Last April I fell in my kitchen and broke my leg, a neighbor heard me call for help so I was only on the floor for an hour that was followed by three months in a wheel chair. Better late than never, I purchased Medical Guardian. It is amazing that the pendent around my neck can give me such peace of mind.

I was impressed with the company description and services as claimed on the website. However, after the initial equipment I received broke upon plugging it in, I phoned the company to ask for a replacement. The CSR responded by telling me the equipment cost $300 and I would have to pay for it. She I somehow carelessly broke it and was responsible. Only afterword did she read that I had just received it and also have paid for equipment breakage coverage. I didn't like being accused of damaging the equipment.
