Just as bad as Spectrum. Trying to close an account onto took me 3 days, eventhough it was paid in full, then they had me drive 30 miles to return their miserable equipment.

Xfinity is alright. They provide internet, but it's not always the best service and I think that they charge to much.

Comcast has consistently shown lack of customer service, lack of trustworthiness, and lack of simple morals ever since i’ve been affiliated with them.

The speed from xfinity was all over the place at our house. It frequently went out and we had a tech over very frequently.

Hot spots aren’t bad. I think paying for overage is dumb! They charge enough as it is. Service was good.

Good speeds for internet and channel options for cable, but increasing prices over time gets old. Customer service is always a frustration. More competition would help.

Xfinity has the monopoly where we live in N.E. PA. Our hi-speed cable has been consistently good, but it is overpriced.
